The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is well located near the beach and other adventures.

It was in the center of all central Pataya has to offer a good restaurant & reasonable price room

The property is located near everything. You can walk to most attractions within minutes away or you can used the 10baht transport.

The rooms could use a small touch of comfort. Just to make them feel more homely. But neat and tidy! Front staff could practice their English a bit more. Was the hardest part of the whole stay.

Wollte nicht jeden Tag Reinigung des Zimmers.Aber fast täglich klopfte das Reinigungspersonal.Einmal war ich unter der Dusche und nach dreimal klopfen kam das Personal einfach in das Zimmer.Ich stand nackt ,nur mit Handtuch bedeckt im Zimmer.Ein anderes mal,habe ich in Unterwäsche öffnen müssen um nochmal zu sagen, dass ich keine Reinigung will.

The best part of the hotel is its location , probably that’s the reason it survives . You have plethora of options for food and with 7/11 just bang opposite the hotel owner boastfully orders the guest get the basic provision like soap from there . The beach is just less than 200mts and walking street is actually a stone throw . That’s all the positives you could think of . As a guest with prepaid booking a polite request for an early check in was rudely ordered to cancel as rooms were not available . That shows the approach of the hotel owner a lady in her mid 50s towards her customer . May be my polite reply to counter her rudeness was persuasive enough to accommodate me in a corner room with a window which was even smaller than an fire exit but yes that was the room for my stay for a day . The rooms are tiny may be a big fat family like mine wouldn’t have fit although it was with 2 single beds . That could be all as a restaurant which is just about 2mts adjancent suddenly starts the tandoori oven and the thud will just wake u up from your noon siesta . So think about it in case you planned for a rest to keep you awake for a good night out in walking street 😊. Oh yes unlike the owner who would throw off her attitude a little girl at the reception who said was the niece to the arrogant lady was pretty sweet and was rubbed often for being naive and gentle to the customers . Overall I just took this as I had to check out right at 3.30 in the next morning , otherwise as a customer you wish to have a delight . Cheers

Faulty towers of Pattaya. Staff got annoyed if I stayed in my room for more that 16 hours, becuase it used electricity. bedding was not changed daily. towels and toilets rolls were not given on occasions. T.V. locked out to all English speaking channels and subtiles locked. bluetooth on T.V. locked all done to encourage guests to vacate the rooms to save electric. Breakfast not included as stated. 300 baht deposit and only 200 Baht given back. Night receptionist rarely at his post, so no access to room key. Staff day and night were rude and unwelcoming. Swimming pool was a joke, about 12 foot length and 3 foot width, big enough for 1 person. If I hadn't already paid for a month in advance, I would haved vacated this hotel after the first night. Hated it and wont make the same mistake again. Never stay here.

Un accueil indigne de ce nom.Poir une chambre Deluxe c'était vraiment petit,pas d'armoire juste une étagère pour ranger les vêtements.Une caution de 500 Bahts en espèce seulement alors que sur le site c'est le mentionné espèce ou CB.La salle de bain était toute petite.les chambres communiquent entre elles alors je vous laisse imaginer le bruit la nuit.En partant la réceptionniste nous a ni dis au revoir ou merci.Seul aspect positif rue calme le soir et proximité de la plage.

This a B&B hostel and not a hotel as it was being advestised. Really disappointed with Expedia.

Hotel was OK except there was no Engish TV channels. Not advised about the free Breakfast. Staff ok, maid service excellent. Price excellent, wifi good , bed very comfortable, Good location and close to food market and restaurants.

The room is quite OK at this cheap price in a prime location. The beach is just across the road and Walking street is at a walking distance, around 8 minutes. 7-11 is just opposite the hotel. There is a safe and a fridge inside the room but I didnt use it as just a one night stay. The amenity is not much, just a soap bar and a couple of drinking water but why should we expect more at this price !!!! Close to the shopping mall and chill out walking on the beach at night.

Not good at all our driver dropped us off and we arrived to a huge construction site. The entire downstairs under construction the pool full of dust and dirt because of the construction there was no television working. We were not happy. If you like the sound of saws and drills running all day and dirt and dust everywhere extension cords to step over to get to the elevator this is the place for you. We didn't stay on our way out they said if you want some place nice go to a 5-star hotel. Just what I wanted some smart-ass comment as I had to take all my bags and get in a cab after my driver drop me off where I was supposed to be. Not too happy with hotels.com either for the difficulty level of getting a hold of anybody help center does not work. Can't make a phone call because I'm in a foreign country.

Really appreciate the care they provide. The hotel is literally next to the beach with unbeatable prices. Alot of reviews seem to scare me off initially, but did not regret booking. One down thing is it is under renovation but should be done soon and should look much better than ever!!

Will definitely come back!!

Nettes Hotel mit einem freundlichen, engagierten Team. Es ist zwar das eine oder andere etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wer keine Luxusherberge sucht, findet hier alles, was er braucht. Und die Nähe zum Strand und den unzähligen Gastronomieangeboten tut ihr Übriges.
