Good for one night, really nice breakfast
Pros:

Private cabin and good kitchen (breakfast and pizza’s). The rodelbahn was a nice surprise and fun to do.

Cons:

The rooms were still a bit dusty and cutlery/kitchen tools were incomplete (for example, scissors were missing). The restaurant was closed because of a private event, so we had to order take away pizza.

Wonderful hotel up in the wood & hills, fantastic view from the restaurant too
Pros:

The hotel was nice and cozy, I chose a double room for my total 3 nights of stay, the room was very spacious, comfortable bed, the bathroom was big and fresh, even had my own little balcony to chill on after my shifts. The staff was wonderful too, very friendly and helpful, specially the receptionist who even spoke swedish perfectly fine when he found out I was visiting from there!

Cons:

The only one downside for me personally was that it was tight space for my 14.2m long bus to go all the way up to the parking, but I arrived late at night when it was completely dark and rainy outside so I didnt want to risk anything and parked a bit down the road and walked instead, but I think a 12-13m long bus can manage it just fine with no issues to drive up there unless someone is parked in the way.

Très bon séjour en famille.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au M13 Hotel à Riol. Le chalet était spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé pour une famille. Les deux chambres séparées offrent un vrai confort et permettent à chacun d'avoir son espace. La propreté était irréprochable et l'environnement agréable.

Les enfants ont adoré le rodelbahn situé juste à côté ainsi que la grande plaine de jeux, ce qui constitue un véritable atout pour les familles.

Cons:

Quelques points nous ont néanmoins empêchés de donner une note plus élevée. L'absence de climatisation a été difficile à gérer pendant la période de canicule de notre séjour. Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris que le restaurant ferme à 21h. De retour d'excursion, nous n'avons pas pu y dîner un soir, ce qui était assez frustrant.

Enfin, même si la qualité de l'hébergement était au rendez-vous, nous avons trouvé le tarif relativement élevé pour un logement seul, sans prestations supplémentaires particulières.

Malgré ces quelques réserves, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons volontiers l'établissement aux familles recherchant un hébergement spacieux, propre et bien situé dans la région.

Prima voor een nacht, maar verwacht geen luxe

We hadden niet verwacht in een mini chalet te zitten, daarbuiten was er nogal wat “kapot” in ons chalet, achterstallig in onderhoud wat betreft lampen, elktra en meubilair badkamer.

Für einen kurzen Besuch okay !

Dass Hotel M13 liegt wie erwartet sehr Zentral und man hat einen schönen Ausblick !
Unser Zimmer war zweckmässig ausgestattet und für 2 Übernachtungen ausreichend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht wie gebucht vorbereitet. Wir hatten den Moselblick ausgewählt mit Balkon und Sitzecke.
Dass für uns vorbereitete Zimmer war leider ohne Balkon und auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer mit Balkon allerdings mit Blick auf die Rodelbahn und dementsprechend war der Geräuschpegel etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider hat dieses Hotel Montag Ruhetag, verständlich da leider überall Personalmangel herrscht aber ich fand es sehr unschön dass es kein Frühstück für Hotelgäste gab. Die Zimmer haben einen Wasserkocher aber ausser Tee könnte man eventuell auch etwas Kaffe dazulegen. Am zweiten Tag gab es Frühstück welches ausreichen war aber für 15 Euro hätte ich mehr Auswahl erwartet.

Pros:

Für meinen Zwischenstopp auf einer Moselrad-Tour war die Lage ideal, insbesondere durch die Nähe zum Wasserpark. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und für eine Übernachtung absolut passend.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte leider etwas wenig engagiert. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit gewünscht.

Top Lage für kurztrip ok
Pros:

Schöne Lage, gut zu erreichen und das Angebot an Aktivitäten rund rum top

Cons:

Wir haben in einem der Mini Chalets geschlafen. Dieses hat für 2 Nächte definitiv seinen Zweck erfüllt. Allerdings als wir reinkamen riechte es sehr muffig/alt. Es waren draußen über 30 grad und es stand lediglich ein tischventilator dort, der nicht funktionierte. Da is definitiv noch Luft um an einem wohlfühlfaktor zu arbeiten
