Important information:

Please note that drinks are not included in half board or full board rates.

Please note the spa opening times:
Monday to Friday and Sundays: 9:00-13:00 and from 16:30 - 19:30
Saturday 9:00-13:00 and from 16:30-19:00
Entrance to the spa is every 30 minutes.

The thermal circuit has a duration of 80 minutes.
Guests are required to use bathing caps and slippers. Bathrobes are provided by the hotel.

Pros:

Tanto el circuito interior como las piscinas exteriores. La cena, increíble y el desayuno también.

Cons:

Nada más instalarnos, nos tumbamos un rato para descansar y nos molestaba muchísimo el ruido del taladro de las obras que se estaban realizando en el hotel.
También aconsejaría al personal de las cenas, sobretodo al cocinero y a una camarera en concreto, que no discutieran tan alto. Todo el comedor se enteró y todos los clientes nos mirábamos unos a otros incrédulos. Precisamente cuando vas de vacaciones a un balneario, vas para desconectar y tener paz, no a escuchar chillidos.

Decepción
Pros:

La cueva termal de noche fue una experiencia diferente e interesante.

Cons:

El masaje que me dio Gervasio que no tenía ni idea de como se da un masaje pero como el fin de semana el balneario estaba lleno, supongo que echan mano de los extras.
La comida era de una calidad muy justita y los camareros muy poco profesionales. Uno de ellos atendía a los clientes mascando chicle.

Habitaciones un poco sucias y casi sin productos sin gluten al desayuno.
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y la ubicación en el desfiladero.

Cons:

El hotel no parece de 4 estrellas, la habitación estaba partes nuevas pero partes como viejas, un poco sucia, daba la sensación de que le habían hecho un lavado de cara pero no hubiesen invertido en hacerse ver lo que se supone que es. Un poco caro para las instalaciones que son. Para ser ese tipo de hotel en el desayuno solo tenían pan sin gluten, estamos de ruta y hemos estado por un montón de pequeños hoteles donde el desayuno lo tenían muchísimo mejor adecuado a los celíacos que aquí, sería un detalle que me tenían una pequeña sección sin gluten como hay ya en la mayoría de hoteles.
