Very clean not a single insect around, I ve stayed there for a week couldn't like it more, the staff was very pleasant also, I would definitely recommend it

Disappointed.
Comforter not clean with unpleasant smell. Mosquito bite. Cockroach in toilet. Reception do not hv parking coupon when needed it.

For the past 15months, I had been staying here. It is not my 1st time staying in room 509. I am upset that after so long, they still have change the broken holder for the shower head. And the complimentary toiletries were used and not replenished.

I had booked with this hotel several times when I travel to Malaysia. Manager and staffs are very nice and attend to my needs immediately.. The beds are comfortable and environment is very peaceful. Room is clean and comfortable size for a family and double room. With lots of windows and bright.

I recommend this hotel for a everage hotel and rates are reasonable.

I had been staying here many times already. Previous experiences had been good but not this time. 1st time staying in room 302. The wash basin is leaking badly and the heater is not warm even when its at max.

This is my second stay.
Love the service and the cleanliness.
Most importantly love the amenities around it.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the confort that I had having to pay just that amount because that same amount had landed me in very poor condition hotel rooms before.
There were many eateries around it and GIANT was just 2mins walk from there too.
Love the place, will definitely go back.

Room is good but not easy for car parking spaces ...

The 1st time i visited your hotel it was great, the room well kept, clean and the staff were more then willing to help.
My 2nd visit was mediocre, I booked the same type of room but got a smaller room without a window. The room was not as clean and was rundown a little. But the plus side of it was the bed was clean and toilet was quite ok.
My 3rd and last visit for me. I thought I would give the hotel another try but to my horror, booking the same room type but getting a small room, it was dirty, bed sheets were stained, staff were not as helpful and the cigarette smell was still lingering in the room. I was not too happy with the condition of the room given so I requested to change. The staff didn't even bother to check if there was a better room but kept saying that they were full already & only had a twin bed room left. I reluctantly took the new room as it had a window and the room was bigger. In conclusion, I am so disappointed with my stay at the hotel. I really thought that they would have improved but I was wrong.

Good for location, and just acceptable for everything else. At the price, I was just glad that there weren't bedbugs. WIFI was really poor.
