An utter waste of money

Mexican/Hispanic lady at the front desk was passive aggressive and discriminatory. Told us all suites or even deluxe king rooms were sold out. Which was a lie, I came back to the front desk to ask why I had been given a regular king room after booking a deluxe, also asked again if there were suites available and her co-worker said yes and was cheerful about upgrading us. Even called when we were upstairs to makes sure we were ok.
The room is not well maintained. Dirty carpets. Dirty Drapes. Wear and tear on desks and side tables. There was a horrible fan noise that started at around 12am and persisted all night. They moved us to a sleep room at 2am after an engineer spent 40 minutes in our room trying to fix it. They offered to refund the upgrade amount (USD175) which was minimal in comparison to the full price. I hated my stay here and am going to call customer service for a full refund. This place really is poorly maintained and whoever the manager is doesn’t care that it affects the quality of guest stays. It doesn’t hold a candle to the quality of the 1Hotels in London, Los Angeles or even the Times Square location. Very disappointing.

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge - Always my 1st choice when staying in NY
Pros:

Whenever I’m in New York, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is my absolute go-to. Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say the experience is always flawless.

The views of the skyline are incredible, and the service is consistently attentive and seamless from start to finish. It really has become my home away from home in the city, and I highly recommend it.

Unmatched views, incredible service, and the only place I stay in NYC

1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is truly in a class of its own. The views are absolutely stunning. You get a front-row look at the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan skyline, and the waterfront in a way you simply do not get from even the best five-star hotels in Manhattan. There are very few luxury hotels in Brooklyn at this level, and for me, this is the only place to stay when I come to New York City.

I used to stay at The William Vale, but after experiencing poor service there, I made the switch to 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, and the difference has been night and day. The team here treats me incredibly well every time.

A special mention goes to Selena, the Guest Experience Assistant Manager. From my very first stay, she went above and beyond. She actually came downstairs during check-in to greet me personally, which is something I have rarely, if ever, experienced at a hotel. She followed up by text and email to make sure everything was perfect, and that level of care made a huge impression.

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, calming, and perfectly located. But what really separates it is the combination of world-class views and genuinely thoughtful service. If you are visiting New York and want a luxury experience that feels special, personal, and unforgettable, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is the place.

Amazing weekend for our 30th anniversary!
Pros:

One Hotel Brooklyn is a true standout in every way. The hotel itself is modern, chic, clean, and has unforgettable views from the rooftop. But what stands out the most is the incredible, warm and welcoming staff. My wife and I shared our 30th wedding anniversary here and the entire staff from the parking attendant to the front desk manager made us feel special. A special shout out to Selena, Justin, Kitty, Vanessa, and Steandly for their kindness and exceptional customer service. But Ms. Adora Lopez takes the cake. She should be running the country. We were blown away with her excellent communication, timely replies, and for her genuinely caring that we had the absolute most memorable time possible. We will always be grateful for her. All in all, this location will exceed lofty expectations for that special day, no matter what it is.

Great location and cool atmosphere. Beds were comfortable!

Cons:

The rooftop accessible to the public made it feel a lot less safe and private and luxury. The shower pressure was terrible. Street noise was very loud in room.
