La ubicación es excelente. A metros del corazón de Dumbo. Nuestra habitación tenia vista a los puentes de Manhattan - Brooklyn y al Distrito Financiero. Espectacular esas noches iluminadas por los rascacielos. La atención del personal es espectacular. Mucha calidad humana. Siempre atentos a los requerimientos y necesidades. Las habitaciones amplias y de categoría. Estilo industrial con detalles muy cálidos en su composición. Nos quedamos sin Yerba para el mate… no conseguimos comprar en todo Brooklyn le comenté a Diego una de las personas del hotel y al otro día se apareció con un paquete que él consiguió en Nueva Jersey. En ese gesto está resumido todo el encanto del 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

No me gusto de la forma Como tratan al cliente, en la area de la pisicna su personal me hicieron unas preguntas de algo que ya habia pasado en la reception eso no estuvo bien para nada de parte de ustedes.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön aber das Personal sehr unfreundlich
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch

Cons:

- das Personal ist super unfreundlich wirklich schon unverschämt
- der Chip für den Aufzug ging leider sehr oft nicht
- der Zimmerservice hat einmal nur die Handtücher und eine neue Decke hingelegt und wir sollten somit selbst das Bett überziehen
- wir hatten eigentlich die Aussicht auf die Freiheitsstatue gebucht, durch die hohen Bäume war diese leider nicht sichtbar.
- Sonntags ist eine sehr laute Party bis 3 Uhr morgens. Wir haben im 5. Stock gewohnt und es war sehr laut.

NYのホテルとしては、話題性があるし、景色も良いが、再来は無い。

ブルックリン橋を望む、最高のケーション。謂わば、借景が、宿泊料に上乗せられている。

Cons:

Sustainable hotelを目指して、屋内外に植物を配する等、凝った作りではあるが、それにしても、やや宿泊費は、高すぎる。

Great location to explore Brooklyn and loved walking over the bridge. Room had wonderful views of NYC

Cons:

As a family struggled with food choices for kids even though restaurants fab. We choose to eat nearby as lots of other eateries available.
