Rooftop shut very early around 9.00pm, gym quite small, vegan options limited in restaurants, windows could do with more glazing as noisy from traffic

Room AC has a highly audible and irritating vibration. No matter what setting - was incredibly detrimental to sleep quality.

My wife chose this hotel... and let me tell you, it didn't disappoint! It was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. They have the best views in NYC, with the best, professional staff. Extremely professional. The restaurant had great food, please get the Brussel Sprouts, FIRE. We will only stay at this hotel when we visit, and it's quiet at night and peaceful.
Adasha held it down during the whole trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and everything went smoothly. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is the premier romantic Brooklyn hotspot. So many options, beautiful area. The view over the water. The service was great and I won’t stay anywhere else in Brooklyn.
I won't lie I had low expectations because New York is a gritty place, but the one hotel changed my expectations dramatically from the staff who went the extra mile to do obnoxious things for me and my family to make our occasion very special, to the service the hospitality the whole nine. If you're ever in Brooklyn I would definitely check out the one hotel.
