Check-in sehr zügig und freundlich.
Frühstück gut und die MA sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Gerne wieder 🫶

Cons:

Das Zimmer war gut aber sehr dunkel, da auch die Einrichtung schwarz war.
Beim Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut, dass alles separat in Plastik verpackt war, das ist nicht sehr nachhaltig und haben wir auch nicht verstanden.

We would stay here again, especially if proximity to the airport was important.
Pros:

The room was updated and clean. Our room was located on the back side and very quiet. Breakfast was quite good. We took advantage of the free airport shuttle service. Staff were great.

Excelente. Todo muy bien. Sin duda volvería.
Pros:

Íbamos al concierto de Shakira al GNP y el hotel estaba muy cerca, pudimos ir y venir caminando. Así que la ubicación para ese fin estuvo perfecta. Cerca del aeropuerto también. Un poco más alejado del centro pero en Uber te manejas perfecto. Instalaciones limpias, personal muy amable, desayuno buffet muy rico y variado. Cama cómoda, disponen de jabón líquido y shampoo en la ducha y jabón líquido y crema corporal en el lavamanos. En general la experiencia fue satisfactoria.

Cons:

No podría mencionar nada en particular que no me gustara. Sin embargo, el único detalle que me molestó en su momento fue que vía WhatsApp días previos pregunte varias veces si todo estaba en orden con la reserva y a pesar de que me preguntaban a nombre de quién estaba y yo les daba mi nombre y número de reserva nunca me respondían si estaba o no en orden. Pero bueno al final todo resultó excelente no tuve problema, quizá era nerviosismo mío por que era la primera reserva que hacía en booking.
