Pros:

The front desk Team were really Awesome! A shout out to Amy & Kelsey!! Prior to my reservation and during my stay, both were extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and personable I had problems with internet reception getting Lyft and adding a stop, Amy helped so I could get to my friend's wedding:) Thank you Amy!. I would recommend this place.

I travel extensively around the world and this was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express that I stayed in ever. The cleaning staff only made up one bed and never came back to finish cleaning the room. The elevator stopped working the second night and often the front desk staff was of zero assistance.

I'm seriously considering eliminating this chain altogether and have already taken the decision to switch hotels from the Holiday Inn Express in Shanghai in two weeks
