Fabulous location and facilities. The breakfast was the best we have had by far whilst travelling through Java. Catered very well for both Europeans and Asian tastes.

The service from the staff was excellent. The staff at front office, Mr Rizki handled our requests for early check in and late check out efficiently. He even made the arrangement with the restaurant for a mini birthday celebration for my husband. We would like to thanks all the restaurant employees whom had taken care of us the guests very well with their services to us the guests at breakfast meal. Our special thanks and appreciation especially to Lena and Amy. We also extend our thanks to the concierges, housekeeping and security for their good job handling the guests.

The Hospitallity is very good. A very welcome and assistance by the messhal crew. The food menu also very nice. I can even get the a cup of take a way tea.

Excellent location right next to Tunjungan Plaza. Love the cozy ambiance and clean rooms. There was a little noise, but it was very minor. Service was excellent throughout my stay. Special thanks to Hera at the Front Desk, and Magdalena, Regi, and Endang at the restaurant for their warm and attentive hospitality.

Wat een mooi hotel naast een zeer groot winkelcentrum. Het begint al bij een vriendelijk ontvangst door de conciërge. De kamer is ruim, fijne bedden en een ruime schone badkamer. Elke dag schone handdoeken en flesjes water. Het zwembad is ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel is top! Vrolijk, gezellig en altijd in voor een praatje. Ze wisten gewoon onze voornamen waardoor wij elke keer persoonlijk begroet werden. Heru (chef-kok) maakte dagelijks iets echt Indonesisch wat we wij even moesten proeven. Lena, Valda, David en de anderen zorgden dat wij niks te kort kwamen. Je merkt ook duidelijk dat ze hygiëne belangrijk vinden. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. Persoonlijk vinden wij dit een 5 sterren hotel!

We had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza. The hotel has an excellent location, comfortable facilities, and, most importantly, outstanding hospitality.

The Food & Beverage experience was excellent. The food was delicious, the variety was impressive, and the service at the restaurant was attentive and professional.

A special appreciation goes to Ms. Lena, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. She was very friendly, attentive, responsive, and genuinely made me feel well taken care of. Her warm and professional attitude really reflects the high standard of hospitality at the hotel.

Overall, we are very satisfied with my experience. Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely recommend Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza and will be happy to stay here again.

The service provided by the entire staff and management was exceptional. A special shout-out to Daud, Heru, and Shafiq for their remarkable hospitality. We truly felt their care and dedication during my girlfriend's birthday dinner. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had a great time, and will definitely return!

I love all the staff here. They are always friendly, welcoming, and make me feel comfortable during my stay.

I especially want to thank Kak Ros. When I had breakfast with my son, she made him feel very comfortable and happy. She is warm, friendly, and very talkative in a positive way, which made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
