Location is superb, breakfast buffet was great. This hotel offered everything with good value for a 4 star hotel. Me and my parents have been regularly staying here almost annually for our annual homecoming trip. Best part was of course that the hotel is directly connected to the huge mall next door so getting around and getting access to supplies was efficient as ever.

The location is superb, connected to Tunjungan Plaza mall, walking distance to Tunjungan. The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was amazing. One of the waiters during breakfast, Daud, was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The concierge staffs were superb, handling our many luggages with patience and care. All the staffs made us feel very welcome.

Great place to stay, big room and good breakfast

I was assisted by a staff member named Friska. She was very informative about the hotel's promotions, and I ended up choosing the breakfast package and she also pays attention to guests to stay comfortable in their rooms while staying at this hotel.

All good. Just make sure its all vacuumed properly because the room is covered with carpet, so its allergy friendly ✨

In general this is the best 4 star hotel i have ever experience, even better than some of 5 star hotel.
Room : Very comfort with enough space for 2 person with baby.
Amenities : Bath amenities and an iron + ironing board, excrllent!
Staff : The most friendly and helpfull hotel staff i have ever experience, especially at the restourant. Perfect!
Cleanliness : Good, everything is clean.
Location : at the heart of the city. Next to a big mall, great location.
Atmosphere : Comfortable lobby, iqos friendly bar, clean child pool with slides.
Value : Typical 4 star hotel, but very worth it for the overall experience.
Breakfast : The food is surprisingly good for a 4 star hotel, i have tasted every breakfast menu and none of them fail.
Noise level : City sound can be heard from inside the room, but low enough to sleep. General noise in the establishment is very quite.

Very conveniently attached to one of the biggest mall in surabaya.

Atmosphere reflects the luxurious and welcoming. Rooms are great for good sleep and clean.

Service is always great, i stay here a lot of times and notice some staff change, but can see that they always try to maintain quality and give the best service. Very quick on action for requests and if any is late the staff will check and notice it. Thanks to mas Naufal(the one that noticed my coffee order was late) and mba Lena for the awesome service during breakfast.

Overall great value! Thats why i suggest my company to have the corp / special rate here.

My stay at Four Points Surabaya was absolutely fantastic. The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade.
The hospitality here really stands out. Not only did they provide a selection of delicious pastries directly in the room, but I also enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea setup at the lounge, complete with more tea and pastries. It’s these thoughtful extra touches that make a stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

We (me,my mom,my daughter,my sister and my little nephew) checked in at Four Points Tunjungan on June 20 and stayed for two nights. During check-in, we were assisted by Ms. Friska. The check-in process was quick, and Ms. Friska was friendly and very helpful. Thanks to her, we were able to upgrade our rooms and get connecting rooms.

Our rooms wew located on the 20th floor. They were spacious, clean, and had good view.The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable.But the wifi was bad 😵‍💫

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide variety of delicious menu options and excellent services.During breakfast, we were warmly assisted by Mr. Alfat(funny and nice), Ms. Valda(helpful and nice), Mr. Edy (whose coffee was excellent), and Chef Aldo. Chef Aldo prepared wonderful dishes, and we even ordered room service twice because we enjoyed the food so much. The Chicken Grill Caesar Salad and Truffle Beef Yakiniku were both delicious.

The hotel’s location is very strategic, near to Tunjungan Plaza. The hotel also provides a dedicated parking area on the 6th floor of the mall.But the parking area needs more space.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was our first time bringing our own car.

Four Points Tunjungan will always be our first choice whenever we visit Surabaya.We surely will come back.Thanks Four Points Hotel Tunjungan ❤️

A very excellent service and a cozy place to stay.

I often stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza whenever I visit Surabaya for business trips, and it has consistently provided a great experience.

The room is always clean, neat, and comfortable, making it easy to rest after a busy day. What truly stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the front office team, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone is professional, attentive, and always willing to help.

The food is also excellent, with a good variety of choices and great taste. A special appreciation goes to Denny and Mega from the Front Office team, who kindly assisted me with an early check-in. Their support was incredibly helpful and made my stay much more convenient.

Thank you to the entire team for consistently delivering outstanding hospitality. I always enjoy my stay here and highly recommend Four Points Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya to both business and leisure travelers.

The front desk name Hera so helpfull & I can check in before 12 pm. The room is very huge, breakfast good too a lot of choice of food. Will be back again.
