I always stay here when visiting Surabaya. It’s connected to the mall. Very convenient location and upscale hotel.

My short holiday
Pros:

Perfect place to stay, especially if you want easy access to shopping at the nearby mall. I really enjoyed my time here, particularly during breakfast—it was a great way to start the day.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even remembered our preferences and what to serve us, which made the experience feel very personal.

A special thanks to the hotel manager for fixing the room door lock so quickly. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
