Posizione strategica, personale gentilissimo
Pros:

Hotel centrale collegato con il centro commerciale, in una posizione davvero strategica. Colazione spettacolare!!! Letti comodi, camera pulita e silenziosa con doccia grande, phon e armadio. Al piano terra c'è anche la piscina. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile!

Fabulous stay. Very reasonably priced and we will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Fabulous location and facilities. The breakfast was the best we have had by far whilst travelling through Java. Catered very well for both Europeans and Asian tastes.

Struttura molto curata, pulita e in posizione comoda. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile (avevamo checkout all’1 di mattina e nonostante ciò ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione take away pronta), ci ritorneremo volentieri

Both my husband and me had a wonderful time during our stay and will choose to stay there again for our next visit
Pros:

The service from the staff was excellent. The staff at front office, Mr Rizki handled our requests for early check in and late check out efficiently. He even made the arrangement with the restaurant for a mini birthday celebration for my husband. We would like to thanks all the restaurant employees whom had taken care of us the guests very well with their services to us the guests at breakfast meal. Our special thanks and appreciation especially to Lena and Amy. We also extend our thanks to the concierges, housekeeping and security for their good job handling the guests.

Very good hotel service
Pros:

The Hospitallity is very good. A very welcome and assistance by the messhal crew. The food menu also very nice. I can even get the a cup of take a way tea.

Warm Hospitality at Four Points
Pros:

Excellent location right next to Tunjungan Plaza. Love the cozy ambiance and clean rooms. There was a little noise, but it was very minor. Service was excellent throughout my stay. Special thanks to Hera at the Front Desk, and Magdalena, Regi, and Endang at the restaurant for their warm and attentive hospitality.
