Great Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Surabaya.

I was satisfied with the hotel stay at Four Points and would stay here again if given the chance.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety for different types of palettes. The staff during breakfast were super helpful and friendly, particularly Ros (I forgot the others' names, I'm sorry). Location-wise it is also a good place for whoever wants to go shopping at Tunjungan Plaza. The nightlife is also very active on the other side. Room-wise, it was satisfying in a sense where it is clean with good airconditioner, soft pillows and blankets with consistent hot water.

Cons:

I would only have two complaints: the uncleanliness below the sink area, where we noticed dust and mold. We thought they would clean it the next time they cleaned the room, but the dirtiness was still there. And also, the trash bin in the hotel room was too small, especially with the dividers. Normally, we would put plastic bins in it so we could tie up for the hotel cleaners, but it could barely fit a few bottles in with the dividers.

Convinient access to mall
Pros:

Love the smell of the hotel only the access of mall should be easier. Such as door direct in , instead of going out the hotel and walk up stairs to the mall entrance .Hope abt guest that disable or pain legs.
Overall service is good .

Still the best Four Points in the country!
Pros:

Superb and Excellent. I always choose this property in Surabaya, despite other Marriott brands in the city. From check-in till check-out, all process was seamless.
The best was at breakfast, from warm smile at the welcome desk until Daud who took care of our table, he was truly warm in asking what else we need.
And during check-out, Mega, whom I knew since the very early days of Four Points TP Surabaya, she still remembers my name despite its been a while after we met. Kudos to Mega at the front desk who always shows the real hospitality and warmth. The best service ever. I highly recommend businesz travelers or family to choose this best Four Points in Indonesia!
