Comfortable and Convenient.
Pros:

This is our second stay at Clearwater Residence Hotel, Timberlea. We love the convenience of the location, the area has lots to offer. The manager, Cheryl , helped us with our choice of an inside suite and we were very pleased with our time in the suite. Thanks.

Pros:

It's a perfect place to stay , either short term or long term. It's clean,quiet and well stocked with items you need. I love that there's a balcony to relax on and many stores close by to pick up something to cook for breakfast and supper. It's my favorite place to stay when visiting Fort McMurray

Christmas family visit
Pros:

The ladies that manage the building were fantastic. They called a few days before we arrived to see if we needed anything special and to make sure we knew about check in, housekeeping etc. Check in was very quick and easy and Maria checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. Also the underground parking was great

Super comfortable
Pros:

We unfortunately didn't get to spend much time in our suite. But the time we did have in it was extremely comfortable. It felt like a home away from home.

Pros:

Thermostat broken. Too hot. Had to sleep with window open at end of January. Beds are really hard. Very limited parking. No place for truck/trailer. No main office to check in. Have to phone and book a time to meet someone for a key. Rooms are very clean and lots of room being suites. Run there office from a laptop which took hf hr to come online to check in. Shouldn't have to wait like that after a hard day of work.
