Excellent location and very comfortable
Pros:

The location was perfect. We could drop packages in our room and continue shopping!

Cons:

I didn’t realize it was just a room and not a suite. The plug-ins in the hall are very strong to the point that their water cooler tastes like perfume.

An enjoyable experience in a lovely small town and hotel.
Pros:

The room clean and spacious. Unlike chain hotels, the towels and washcloths were substantial and a good quality which we very much appreciated. Other reviews mentioned some concerns with noise due to being in the heart of town. However, during our stay in a Saturday night, we didn’t find it to be noisy at all. The location is walkable to shops, churches, and restaurants.

Lovely venue in historic Culpeper.
Pros:

Perfect location, and everything was really comfortable in the room.

Cons:

Being in an old building, the floors were amazingly creaky. Not a problem for the first one up.

Suites at 249 is now our go to in Culpepper.
Pros:

Room was very nice. Every detail was perfect . Bed was super comfortable. Linens were high end quality. Very luxurious bathroom with shower that has a steamer. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. You can walk to everything .

Cons:

Nothing . It was perfect for our trip

My two sisters and I enjoyed our stay very much. We wished we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The location was perfect. Very clean and quiet. All the amenities were exceptional. The two reserved parking spaces was a plus!
