Great location: wonderful friendly staff
Pros:

This was a perfect one night stay when visiting Farmington on a golf trip. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly and the room was comfortable even though the AC was set at a low temperature that we couldn't change. We switched it off. Loved having a fridge & microwave in the room and the breakfast was plentiful.

Excelente customer service clean bright .

Nice people, mostly clean, interrupted by loud construction

Cons:

I needed the room for meetings and there is construction going on in the floor above. There was no warning or effort to place me away from the noise. The coffee pot was not clean. The bathroom caulking is grimy and old.
