Excelente customer service clean bright .

Cons:

I needed the room for meetings and there is construction going on in the floor above. There was no warning or effort to place me away from the noise. The coffee pot was not clean. The bathroom caulking is grimy and old.

Conveniently located to the downtown Farmington, NM Staff were very friendly, beds comfortable and amenities were great. Shower was spacious and new.
Breakfast was okay. Coffee was hot and tasty.
The only negative was that the lobby and dining area smelled musty like there had been water left standing although it was very clean and there was no obvious signs of this.

The hotel is rarely new so it’s nice, clean, safe and overall pretty nice. But, do not stay here if you are wanting to relax in the pool. The pool is the smallest I have ever seen at a hotel. 4.5 feet and not completely filled. Dingy and looked dirty. Breakfast was not great. Watery scrambled eggs and greasy bacon. Not much options for bread. Coffee didn’t have options for creamer. The area was just unkept in general. So don’t stay if you expect much from breakfast either.
