El personal muy amable y nos ayudaron mucho y muy simpáticos y colaboradores.. Wifi en todo el complejo.

Cons:

Las camas muy incómodas, el colchón se hundía No estaba presentable la habitación. El sitio un poco alejado de todo, no ponen bien las distancias al centro porque sin coche no puedes ir a ningún lado.

The garden was very beautiful ! The staff helped us a lot and were super friendly

Cleanliness could have been better. However the staff helped us to get another room, which was a bit better. Expect a quite primitive room. But kind people to help you.

Excellent location for travelers driving from the airport, the capital, or different parts of the country to relax and visit the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, and vice versa... The staff is friendly and helpful, the surroundings, gardens, and mountain views are beautiful, and breakfast is served in the morning to fuel your journey. You can observe birds, enjoy the gardens, and even walk among the flowers and trails! Good value for money.

Pros:

We chose it as we had a long drive and we wanted to stay one night only. The room is big and clean. I saw other comments but we were totally happy. The check in and check out was both super easy and smooth. We didnt eat breakfast as we left early but even that for the price is amazing. We would come again.

Le cadre est très joli, dommage qu’il soit un peu laissé à l’abandon.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux même si on n’a pas le choix des produits.

Cons:

Les chambres ne reflètent pas du tout le cadre de l’hôtel et sont elles complètement laissées à l’abandon. La literie n’est pas de bonne qualité.
