Overall suggest the Hotel is best ever
Pros:

The Hotel is excellent, staffs and the property itself provide best and affordable services to the customers. I really enjoy the view of sea and affordable room that's meets my staying. Restaurant itself the best that provide meals , buffet food services and the staffs that greet the customer and service it's 100 % ..I wish that I'll be coming on my next business trip and stay here at Grand Papua Hotel, the hotel that provides best ever across and in Port Moresby.

Cons:

No chewing betelnut keeps the hotel environment perfect.

For bookings. staff has to respond and confirm reservations in advance and respond to emails or phn calls when client make an reservations. I came across lately since I'm a member of Coral sea hotel recently and I wish that this couldn't be happen again.

The staff are excellent and very helpful. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. When I needed their assistance they were forthcoming and helpful. All in all I have nothing but good things to say about the General Manager and his team. Thanknyou

Okay, but could be so much better.
Pros:

Very convenient downtown location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The rooms are tired and a bit shabby. The menu is basic and doesn’t change v much at all.

An outstanding establishment, well worth a closer look. Recommend. The sunrise and sunset exquisite
Pros:

Staff are exceptional. Location perfect and the view is sublime. While the facilities are a little outdated there are clear plans for rejuvenation which will move this into an even more special level of excellence.

Cons:

Not the perfect coordination between Booking.com and the hotel management. I believe this matter has now been addressed.
