Good location, very close to the main streets in Ginza. Many train stations and lines to go to different places.
The bedroom frame was dusty which was affecting my sleep due to the allergic reaction which was coughing. The bathtub was clogged the water will come up while taking shower. If we leave suitcases before the check-in and check out time, the suitcase was outside in the front corridor with all the people coming in and out of the hotel there is not security at all.

Rooms was a tad small but that’s the price you pay
My stay at ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza was a very disappointing experience. The hotel charges prices comparable to good 4-star hotels in Tokyo, but the actual facilities and services felt worse than many budget hotels.
The rooms were extremely small and uncomfortable compared to other hotels in the same price range. For the amount charged, the room quality and overall experience were simply not worth the money.
One of the most basic expectations from a hotel is complimentary drinking water in the room, but surprisingly, not even water bottles were provided. Even very small budget hotels usually provide this basic facility.
The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The menu had very limited options and was almost exactly the same every day. There was very little variety, and it did not feel like a proper buffet experience.
Overall, this stay felt like a complete waste of money and left a very poor impression of the ibis brand.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Provide complimentary bottled drinking water in all rooms.
Improve room comfort and overall facilities to justify the high room prices.
Expand the breakfast buffet with better quality and more variety.
Ensure pricing matches the level of service and amenities provided.
Train staff to focus more on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.

A very good location close to shopping, transport and restaurants both high and low end. Good water pressure and a very clean room despite its tiny size. Staffs is friendly and I am glad to make the right choice.

Exceptionally small rooms , very small double bed which was old and made us fall in to the middle.

The bath sink is small as the ones on the planes ( Economy class ).
The place is value for money, clean, centrally located, stone throw away to Family Mart and Don Quijote. It's clean, friendly staff. Amenities were provided. They need to provide more washing machines as there are only two for the whole building. We had to do our washing at 3:00 AM.
