Breakfast is not worth the price
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, but the breakfast is not worth the price.
There is a convenience store just in front of the hotel, with places to seat; just go there and take whatever you want.

Corridor smell of weed
Pros:

Simple fuss-free hotel. Typical size for Japanese standard. Very lovely counter staff who are friendly and always helpful. Breakfast may not be up to my standard - Thai restaurant that cater to the crowd - serves simple eggs, sausages, bacon, pastry, Thai style chicken, soup. You might be better off with some local delights elsewhere - not worth paying for hotel bf imo.
Only issue I have with this hotel is unfortunately on the entire evening of 26 March, the corridor of level 3 smells of weed the whole time. Had to hold my breath when I walked along the corridor to the lift.

很舒適而且交通非常方便的一家飯店，推薦商務客人入住。
Pros:

交通非常方便，位置很優秀，隔音很好。而且窗戶有對外，如果喜歡採光比較好的話，每天的日光其實很充足。

Cons:

主要是櫃檯的服務流程可以更快速一些，但有感受到針對海外客戶的服務有加強，英文能力也越來越好。

A localização é excelente, próximo à estação de metrô Ginza. Excelente café da manhã, com opções de comidas ocidentais e orientais. Funcionários educados, o quarto é pequeno mas confortável, isto é comum em Tokyo.
