Very Good Trip in Tokyo
Pros:

1. Very convenient location. Only 7-10 mins from Kasai Station. Moreover, Haneda Airport has a shuttle bus that takes you directly to Kasai Station for 1200 yen per person, with a 30-minute ride. So I think this will undoubtedly be an accommodation.
2. Staff are hospitable with checking-in guidebook, including facilities, codes, etc (English, Chinese, Japanese versions attached).
3. The hotel has attached a laundry, perfect!
4. So many restaurants, convenient shops near the hotel (many of them are 24h).
5. The room can be clean.

Cons:

1. This will be a common disadvantage for all Livemax, that is, the window cannot be opened... So if you choose the smoking room, that means you cannot open the window for air circulation. And even if you are in a non-smoking room, you may feel the air is a little stale.
2. I do not know if there is breakfast, but there are so many restaurants nearby that breakfast will not be a problem.
