Pros:

Great hotel in a perfect location with friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I requested late checkout and they gave me until 4pm free of charge - something no other hotel has ever done for me.

It was also just a very nice hotel in a great location.

Good location. They provide coupons for a complimentary treat and 10 minute massage, which was nice.

Cons:

The hotel is not very flexible when it comes to late check-outs. I arrived the morning after my booked date, meaning I didn’t even use the room for the full night I had paid for. Despite this, they were only willing to offer a 30-minute late check-out the next day and even called to make sure I had vacated the room. I found the approach rather inflexible and would have appreciated a little more consideration given the circumstances.

I think location is desirable but it is no more than 2 to three star

It is very dark every where ,elevators rooms etc .breakfast not that great it is cold for hot dishes little choice especially fruit .Only poor quality melon .
Desserts almost non existent
the Japanese selection is terrible
The Indian dishes were tasty but cold the Paratha/ Nan was too hard and
cold .
The cappuccino was nice ..
