Friendly warm and welcoming
Pros:

I choose to stay at I’M hotel whenever I visit Makati as I love the staff. They are so kind and friendly and they remember their regular customers.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Large food selection. Eggs cooked to order. Coffee ☕️ was delicious. Food service staff always smiling and always ready to serve you. The entire staff at hotel was amazing 👏

A problem of disappearance of a phone cable after a room clean

Simple matter that could of been handled a lot better

But sadly the very young duty manager
Fail to see how to fix this

Literally a $10 new one
Has cost them a very poor review

Pros:

Frühstück zu sehr auf einheimische Gäste ausgerichtet, obwohl der Anteil der ausländischen Gäste ca. 70% beträgt. Der Cappuccino hatte einen unnatürlichen Nebengeschmack!

Cons:

Zimmer nicht so sauber. WIFI sehr unstabil bedienungsunfreundlich, man musste sich ständig wieder Überreinloggen. Überrissene Preis an der Pool-Bar! Die hoteleigene Osteria ist dieser Bezeichnung unwürdig.

C’était sympa pour une dernière nuit avant de rentrer en France.
