Lohnt sich nicht, leider.
Pros:

Sehr schöne grosse Zimmer. Tolle Rooftop Bar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nur 1x in 8 Tagen gestaubsaugt.
Preis-/Leistung passt nicht. Zu teuer.
HANDTUCHWECHSEL HAT NICHT GUT FUNKTIONIERT.

Las 5 estrellas se las debo
Cons:

Un hotel como ese no debiera ser tan tacaño. Los tubitos de baño son un insulto. Deberían de instalar envases de shampoo, condicionador, gel de baño en la pared. La excusa de no proveer botellas de agua no la entendí.
Lo que me saco de mis cabales fue como el staff del front desk te dice que te espera un postre complementario de bienvenida. Para aprovecharlo, indique mi numero de cuarto y el dia. Bajo al restaurant y me informan que tengo que ir a la pagina social @Imhotelph he indicar un like/folllow y someter un review de 5 estrellas, y entonces hacer un screenshot del review y presentarlo en el restaurant. Para mi eso es "cheating," un golpe bajo a lo que es un sistema de promoción muy dudoso. En las dos noches que estuve ahi no había nadie en el restaurant. Si la administración del hotel acepta ese tipo de practica, les recomendaría que la suspendan. Después de salir de Makati, estuve unos días en Phuket y Boracay y el servicio en eso dos hoteles fue magnifico.

Pros:

The hotel is super nice but the thing I liked best.What's the employees: Denzel, Toria, Nash and Eman at the front desk are amazing. This is probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. Every employee is nice and efficient. Housekeeping is excellent. Denzel is a very professional, courteous, really good person, and I really helped my reservation. Thank you, favorite hotel!

Ps Denzel and crew customer service is great. Really appreciate it. Awesome reflection on great hotel.

Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr komfortabel und mit tollem Wellness.
Pros:

Das Zimmer entsprach auf jeden Fall den Erwartungen. Leider sind wir nicht dazugekommen, die Badewanne auszuprobieren. Das machen wir dann beim nächsten Mal.

Cons:

Beim Zimmerservice gab es leider Beanstandungen. Am ersten Tag fehlten kleine Handtücher, es waren nur große Badetücher da. Wir haben dann auf Anfrage welche bekommen, sie fehlten aber wieder am Tag vor Abreise. Nachdem wir die Bademäntel einmal benutzt hatten, wurden diese beim Zimmerservice zum waschen mitgenommen, leider aber nicht durch frische ersetzt.
