Cons:

Somehow the hotel has a problem with towels. We had only 1 towel in the room and so our friends. When asked why, they say : "availability ". It repeated itself in the coming days.
Also, the maintenance of the hotel is mediocre.

Amazing and relaxing trip
Pros:

The amenities were incredibly great! Rooms are clean, free Onsen in-house, spa and facial at extra cost but it was great. Received 10 mins complimentary massage upon arrival.

Pros:

Drinking water dispensers everywhere! No more creating a small pile of plastic waste just for water. I wish every hotel did this. Big props for not choosing the quick cash grab option of single use water bottles.

Most of the facilities including the spa are open late. Well done! No one want to arrive at 950pm after a flight and find they can't use the hot tub they already paid for.

Loved the hot tub.

Cons:

Swimming pool is too cold! So cold almost no one swims. Makes it more of an expensive decoration than an amenity.

Check in process waayyy to long! No one wants to do a mini tax return after a long flight. Just give me the key. I already paid. Streamline this process.

Get rid of the deposit system. The cost of enforcing the procedure exceeds the benefit to the hotel. It's annoying to guests, and time consuming for everyone. People are here for holiday - not to do paperwork. And when you're leaving to catch a flight, you need to wait for them to check the room. So you risk being late for your flight.

If they fixed these few things, the experience would be so much better for guests and more likely to come again.
