I got the room I wanted
Even though there is a vanity mirror in the bathroom, it is so dimly lit that it is almost impossible to shave (or do one's makeup). The only light is one little LED light way up in the ceiling!
You would think that once logged-in to the WiFi you would be OK for the rest of your stay. That worked on my phone but NOT on my laptop. When shutting down the laptop and restarting it ALWAYS needed to login again. Even just closing the lid (putting it to sleep) needed to login again!!!!

נהר בקומה עליונה יפה אבל הוא נפתח רק בשעה 17..
עובדים שניסו לסייע.
קיבלנו פינוק של 10 דק מסאג' צוואר לאורחי סוויטה וכן חתיכת עוגת שוקולד..
ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת.
קיבלנו אפשרות לשימוש בספא לאחר שעת הצ'ק אאוט וכן נתנו לנו להאריך את שעת הצ'ק אאוט (לשעתיים נוספות) ללא חיוב
דברים קטנים שיכולים לשנות חוויה..
הגענו אחרי האיים וזה משהו אחר..
אם אתה רוצה לעשן קשה מאוד למרות שבכל הפיליפינים קשה לעשן פחות או יותר, אבל אפילו במדרכה שמחוץ למלון לא נתנו לי לעשן וייפ...
שאלו אם נסתדר עם המזוודות, לא הציעו או התעקשו כמו באיים (היינו עם 4 + מזוודות).
הזמנתי סוויטה, נגיד שמדובר בחדר רגיל עם עוד איזור קטן לישיבה עם יחידת ספה ותמונה..
המקרר ריק ואין מוצרים של מיני בר.
בקבוקון קטן אישי לשימוש חד פעמי של שמפו וגל רחצה (היינו זוג, כן?)
ראש מקלחת תקול ומטפטף..
אין מים בחדר!!
מדיניות המלון שאין פלסטיק וזה בסדר, מה הבעיה לשים בקבוק מים מזכוכית למילוי חוזר??? זה היה ממש תחושת זלזול הלקוח, הזמנתי סוויטה ואפילו מים אין בחדר.
לובי, יפה אבל קטן, רצינו להמתין לגראב, לא היה מקום להמתין אלא בעמידה..
בבוקר ארוחת הבוקר היא עד השעה 11 שזה ראוי לציון לחיוב.
הגענו ב 10:40 ו לפחות 50 אחוז מהדברים לא היו או שהיו קרים.. העובדים היו נחמדים והציעו דברים אבל אפילו לא ידענו מה הפסדנו..
שאלנו על טרקלין כמצופה מסוויטה, אין במלון טרקלין לשימוש אורחים אלא איזורים (מסעדה ובר) להזמין דברים בתשלום.
הבריכה מאוד רועשת מהרחוב ואפשר לפתור את זה הרמת זכוכיות לעוד מטר (שיצטרכו ניקוי, שדרוש גם לזכוכיות שיש היום)...

Viele Arrangements kosten zusätzlich und es wird eine Sicherungskaution von der Kreditkarte abgebucht welche erst nach Wochen zurückerstattet wird....
Gute Lage in Makati und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ei highlight ist sicher die Rooftop-Bar.
Die Unterkunft ist im Vergleich nicht gerade günstig.

More towels. Better seating in the room. Lighting dingy everywhere. Restaurant was abysmal.

L’emplacement et la propreté
Le fait d’arrivé à 22h30 qu’on me dise que la chambre et pas prête qu’ont m’en propose une autre et qu’il faut payer 2000 peso en supplément je trouve ça absolument pas correct.
Dans la salle de bain uniquement des petits échantillons de gel douche et shampooing pour un 5 étoiles je trouve cela incorrecte
The room was big, and comfortable. The bed was supremely good.
The pool surprised us to the best and the option to have beer there just made it perfect.
Staff is very professional and the over all, this stay was nearly perfect.
The walls are thin, so you clearly hear other guests at night, what woke me at 2 am because of drunk guests shouting.
