La ubicación es muy buena.....a 1.3 kilómetros de la estación de autobuses y a 600 metros de la zona central de la ciudad.Una ciudad super guapa con gente joven.. Recomiendo para visitar

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super, die Lage ist zentral, die Anreise war gut organisiert, Zugang per Code hat funktioniert. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, das Frühstückspersonal sehr bemüht. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war wirklich groß für ein kleineres Hotel dieser Kategorie. Es gab zig Sorten Müsli und Cornflakes, Eier, Joghurt, Milchalternativen, Kakao, Kaffee, Cappuccino (Pulver), Orangen- und Multisaft, Brötchen, viel Auswahl an Belag.
Wir hatten das Appartement, es ist groß aber man muss über die Straße um ins Zimmer zu gelangen.
Es gab Tee, Kaffepulver und Sprudelwasser auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist wild zusammengestellt. Zugang zum Apartment erfolgt über die Straße, durch das Nachbarhaus. Annähernd ein Drittel der Deckenlampen war defekt. Lichtschalter sind hinter der Tür, um das Badfenster zu öffnen muss man auf die Toilette klettern. Eher Kleinigkeiten.

Angenehmes Stadthotel für Zwei bis drei Übernachtungen
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Selbst Checkin ging aus der Buchung nicht hervor, gute Lage mit der Strassenbahn ist mal schnell in der Stadt, aber auch zu Fuß erreicht man einiges, z.B. der Ludwigsplatz mit seinen vielen Lokalen.

Top Preis-Leistung mit guter Lage!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit vom HBF und nah an der Innenstadt, quasi fast die Mitte :) sehr günstiges und bequemes Zimmer mit größerem Single Bett, insbesondere da Frühstück sogar inbegriffen war - war auch lecker, echt gute Auswahl und besonders die Mini Brötchen fand ich klasse. Also auch, wenn man morgens noch keinen großen Appetit hat, was dabei ohne zu verschwenden :) sehr liebes Personal am Morgen und der Zugang war auch sehr einfach durch den Code, Anreise und Abreise sind somit sehr flexibel. Tolles Nice to Have ist auch definitiv der Wasserkocher für einen Tee oder sonstiges.

Cons:

Leider habe ich ein Zimmer mit niedrigem Wasserdruck erwischt, nicht weiter tragisch bei einer Nacht, aber hatte kurz Angst, dass die Spülung nicht schafft, was sie schaffen soll - den Hinweis wollte ich noch vor meiner Abreise geben, aber da war gerade niemand am Schalter. Aber das ist auch Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Für den günstigen Preis war ich sonst sehr begeistert.

Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nur am Vormittag besetzt. Das Personal beim Frühstück sprach nur gebrochen Deutsch. Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen, es dürfte gerne einmal renoviert werden. Sauberkeit naja, Ecken sind scheinbar rund und wenn man auf Socken läuft, sehen diese anschließend entsprechend aus. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, wenn gegenüber der Code zur Türöffnung eingegeben wird, bekommt man dies mit.
