Prima verblijf met fanatastisch uitzicht.
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitstekend, het ontbrak aan niets.
Veel ruimte en geen gestrest personeel. Alles werd goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen.
Alleen 2 dagen van te voren nam ik contact op met het hotel. De dame die mij te woord stond, zei dat ik een dubbele
boeking had gemaakt. Ik moest contact opnemen met Booking.com. Dat heb ik vervolgens gedaan en het bleek dat ik
geen dubbele boeking had gemaakt. De medewerker van Booking.com heeft met het hotel gebeld. Daarna werd ik door Booking.com teruggebeld. Er werd uitleg gegeven over hoe dit zo gekomen was. Ik had er zelf nogal stres over gehad en was dus even niet zo blij geweest.

les réceptionniste n’étaient pas très accueillantes, elles ont insinué que je n’avais pas annulé une chambre, j’ai dû montrer sur mon téléphone que j’avais bien annulé une des quatre chambres réservées. Les réceptionniste m’ont fait egalement payer le petit déjeuner alors que je l’avais également mis dans ma réservation à ce qu’il paraît erreur informatique.bref

Redelijk, restaurant schuin aan de overkant beter idee

Dicht bij Nijmegen en makkelijk parkeren. Nette kamer maar prijs stond niet in verhouding.

Cons:

Gereserveerd in Restaurant, slechtste ervaring tot nu toe in een Valk restaurant, wat een chaos!
Zeer trage bediening, als we na een kwartier niet waren gaan zwaaien had ik nu nog niets gehad. Zeer kleine porties en de helft van het eten ontbrak. Dit doorgegeven maar werd verder niets mee gedaan. Er ging nog veel meer mis maar heb geen zin om dat hier allemaal te typen want men doet er verder niets mee helaas. Mij zien ze hier niet meer en hoop dat het op andere locaties beter is.
