Top-Lage am Bahnhof Lent. Parkhaus für Aufenthalt im Preis enthalten. Ladeboxen im Parkhaus für E-Auto. Leider eine defekt. Frühstücksbüffet herausragend! Sehr freundliches Personal!
Keine Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken; nur direkt in der Duschkabine. Keine automatische WC-Deckel-Schließung (Softclose); passt nicht zur sonst gehobenen Ausstattung.

Very friendly staff, great view from the room, amazing breakfast.
I chose this hotel because of the Van der Valk reputation, having stayed at many of their properties in different cities and countries. Unfortunately, this visit was somewhat disappointing.
On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and adjustable lighting. The location is convenient, with free covered parking. Breakfast was excellent and varied, with properly chilled cheese and cold cuts. A special compliment to the lovely lady preparing omelettes and pancakes — her warmth and genuine enthusiasm were wonderful!
Unfortunately, the reception staff were quite cold and unwelcoming, starting from check-in. When I asked to rent bathrobes for the spa, I was simply told they had run out. No alternative was offered, nor was there any attempt to help. As a result, we couldn’t enjoy the spa.
What disappointed me most was not the lack of bathrobes, but the indifferent attitude. Reception is the face of a hotel, and I would expect better hospitality from a brand like Van der Valk.
I rarely complain, but this experience made me lower my rating.
A suggestion: perhaps guests should be advised during booking to reserve bathrobes and slippers in advance if they wish to use the spa, to avoid disappointment.
