Lights in the room was very dark. Good location in taksim, however be aware that you get the room you booked so that they dont fool you.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms. Close by to everything. The only downside is walking through the alleys and no visitors at your room but other then that it was a nice experience.

Very aesthetic and very chic hotel. Loved their breakfast variety. Staff is extremely cooperative and caring. Our primary host was Omer Bey at the front reception and he was one of a kind - made excellent recommendations on dining options and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Istanbul.
The hotel was very clean and the room with the terrace has amazing views. Thanks Room Mate Emir and thanks Omer for making our vacation memorable!

The duplex room we had was very clean and very comfortable loads of room for 2 people and the bed was massive the only downside was the room was very dark as only had 2 lamps in each corner in the seating area so you couldn’t read

Beautiful hotel great service

This was a terrible stay. The hotel property itself is really pretty however the service was lacking. We had an issue with our first room with noise, had to fight with them to get them to switch our room. Then when switch they gave us a room that had a shower that would go scolding hot to cold, heat that you couldn’t adjust, when asked for these things to be fixed they just pretended they fixed them. I don’t recommend staying here, the hotel staff was not really that helpful. The location was good, however at night it felt unsafe, a lot of illegal activity every night we walked back in front or near hotel.

I would not recommend having a room facing the street due to poor sound insulation thus you can be disturbed by traffic and other noise.

Everything was nice,the hotel was clean, the only problem was the location,
The hotel we stayed at was across from a brothel. It felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, with the line of people waiting to get in and the intimidating faces of those lingering around, seemingly waiting for their turn.
Beside this,everything was nice.

Best location, ambience and vibe of the hotel are spot on. Truly high end meets boutique look and feel.

My beautiful junior suite bathroom floor was constructed with no slant. Every shower flooded the bathroom like a lake. Upon complaining, they upgraded me at no cost to a very lovely suite. The staff couldn't have been more attentive or kind. The hotel itself is quite stunning in its decor. The public areas are endlessly charming. The elevator required a room key card adding an additional later of security. The location of this hotel is supurb for tourism. It would be my pleasure to stay here again.

The room is spacious and very well furnished. It is comfortable and clean plus There is a bug bathtub in the bathroom.
They have double glass windows to keep the street noise out.
They are a few meter away from istiklal street where there is much to do.
Great hotel.
