Atendeu para uma viagem de negócios de pequeno prazo, porém tinha cheiro de cigarro em todo o hotel.

As camas e travesseiros são confortáveis e os lençóis e toalhas são novos

Cons:

O Hotel inteiro tem cheiro de cigarro, incluindo o quarto que era de não fumante. Os atendentes do hotel não falam inglês, o que complica bastante a comunicação. A localização era relativamente próxima da indústria que queria visitar, mas fica muito longe dos pontos turísticos e das estações de trem e aeroporto.

スタッフは親切で朝食も西安名物料理がふんだんにあり良かった。シャワーの水圧が低いのが気になったが中国だと全般的に水圧弱いのでそんなもんかなと思った。自動配達ロボもあり宅配料理を頼んで部屋前まで来てくれるのも素晴らしかった。

Wonderful experience. Language barriers, however, are an issue
Pros:

Overall it was a very good experience. Stuff very keen to help any time. The WI-FI signal was intermittent, which constituted a major problem for work. Great facilities, including a free gym on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was nice and mostly Chinese; after a few days, however, it lacked variety with some more continental food. Main issue: the receptionists barely speak English...

隣に永輝超市というイオンモールのようなスーパーがあり、お土産もすぐに買えます。
タクシー移動のみだったので、交通の便はわかりませんが、静かな所で落ち着けました。

ロビーにドリンクもあります。
仕事だったので寝るだけでしたが、落ち着いて滞在できました。
観光地にはタクシーで30分くらいかな。
中国はタクシーが安いので、問題無く過ごせました。

A dismal experience.
Cons:

I reserved rooms for three nights with the understanding that the payment would be made at the end of the stay. On arrival, I was met with a demand for a security deposit of 3500 yuan, which was greater than the cost of the whole stay. It's a ridiculous hidden fee cost, and the staff were no help.

The property itself is far away from the city located in a very underdeveloped area with a lot of construction that looks like it will never be finished. Terrible quality to the roads, more like a rural village than a large city. Everything has a rundown, along with a Very dirty appearance to it, and the roads network nearby seem designed to encourage traffic jams/accidents. The hotel looks like a budget business 'Hilton' rather than any kind of high-quality hotel.. which considering the price was extremely disappointing.

Lastly, I left rather than pay the deposit, cancelling the reservation. I had arrived relatively early in the day, and they refused to cancel the reservation without taking payment. They charged me full price for the reservation, even though I'm sure they rented out the room easily enough (Spring festival in Xi'an is very busy for hotels).

Horrible experience overall. Never again. It's soured me on Hilton chain hotels overall, tbh. Alternatively I went to another hotel, paid a similar amount for the rooms, no deposit, and was located in a much nicer area. Don't come to this hotel. It's not worth any price, and definitely not the high rates they're expecting.
