Pros:

Quarto preparado conforme solicitado, onde os itens que estão descritos no site realmente estavam disponíveis. Por engano reservei 2 quartos de casal , onde deveria ser 01 de casal e outro de solteiro com 2 camas, durante a confirmação da reserva informei ao responsável pelo hotel e tudo foi ajustado, sem adição de valor ou qualquer outro tipo de cobrança, estacionamento incluído, sem restrição para sair ou entrar a qualquer momento. Todos os funcionários forma educadíssimos, a localização condiz com a descrição no site, proximo à praia, em torno de 200 a 300 metros.. Minhas ferias foram perfeitas.

Pros:

Gostamos de tudo. O local é próximo de tudo. A pousada uma graça. Clean e aconchegante. Café da manhã é excelente. Quarto com excelente cama e chuveiro. Atendimento ótimo da Antonella.

Hotel moderno, bem localizado e confortável, com boa limpeza e atendimento, mas com diária um pouco acima do esperado.
Pros:

O hotel fica a uma quadra da praia do Guarujá, tem estrutura moderna, quartos bem limpos e organizados, roupa de cama boa, chuveiro bom e vista agradável. O atendimento é bom e o café da manhã, apesar de simples, é bom. O estacionamento é fechado e o ambiente é bem cuidado.

Cons:

O estacionamento é um pouco apertado para carros maiores, como caminhonetes. O hotel não possui elevador, nem serviço de carrinho ou ajuda com as malas. Além disso, o valor da diária é um pouco elevado em relação ao que é oferecido.

Pros:

O ponto alto é a localização. Fica a uma quadra da praia da Enseada. Tem estacionamento que tb é um facilitador pq estacionar na região não é fácil: flanelinhas pra todo lado. Tem acesso a Netflix o que ajuda muito na hora do descanso.
Preciso pontuar especialmente a equipe que foram todos muito gentis!

Cons:

Acho que os lençóis precisam ser substituídos. Não estavam sujos, mas estavam com várias manchas que não dá uma sensação boa.
O café da manhã não é bom. Pouca variedade, e o que tinha não era fresco e nem saboroso, infelizmente.
