Hospedagem ótima para quem quer ir ao grand canyon.
Pros:

Ficamos em um quarto enorme, com uma cama ótima. O hotel nos pareceu super seguro. Estava bem limpo o quarto.

I like everything about this hotel. Excellent customer service. Very professional. I've been here 3 times now and will not stay anywhere else. The food is a good thing to have. Very clean, not overly crowded. Parking space Excellent. Pool Excellent. Very nice accessibility for handicap. Chair in the pool for the disabled. Little snack store downstairs. Computers. Everything is so good here, when we come out, this is the one place we stay at now.

RUDE MANAGER & STAFF (Stay away from this place)
Cons:

The manager and staff treat guests differently. If you book through the property and their website. You will be treated like a value guest.
If you book through a website like BOOKING.COM the staff treats you like garbage. I had to modify my stay and asked for a refund of 1day. I was told NO because of how I booked my stay and it’s not fair to there loyal guests. The manager was pretty rude when she explained that they only help with their loyalty guests NOT their 3rd party guests.
