Di passaggio nella storica Kingman
Pros:

Hotel normale, senza grandi pretese ma funzionale, piscina interna a disposizione. Posizione comoda per una notte di passaggio verso il Gran Canyon, passando per la meravigliosa hystoric Route 66!

Cons:

Nulla in particolare. Chiaramente non consideriamo qualche piccolo difetto che ci può stare. (L’unità esterna del condizionatore fuori dalla finestra non è propriamente fantastico se si ama lasciare la finestra aperta.

Great stay in Kingman
Pros:

We stayed at La Quinta Kingman two years ago and the hotel was still in excellent condition. The bed is comfortable, breakfast selection was great and the staff is very friendly.

Nice place to stay. Could do better with breakfast.

Pros:

I liked how close the property was from Grand Canyon west. Also how close it was to stores and restaurants you’re really in the middle of it all it was also secluded though enough to where you weren’t right right off the street. There was always parking which is a plus. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the indoor pool but it was always full when we passed it so it must’ve been fun and clean.

Cons:

There’s nothing that I didn’t like other than maybe only one employee at the desk when checking people in at times when I needed something there’s like a line of 5 plus people

Catastrophic personel
Pros:

Nothing- we had the worst experience ever with Hotels booked with booking

Cons:

We arrived in the hotel after 7hours driving- at arround 8pm- normal check- in time. We had a clear message from Booking that the booking is confirmed
And than MARY- the reception said that hotel is fully booked and our reservation is cancelled.
She behaved extremely un polite and unprofessional.
No sorry, no polite word.
We asked for the manager of the hotel but instead she called the police!!!!!!! Of coursethe policeman was totally understandable and friendly and he just left.
We will never book La Quinta hotel ever more!!!!!
And strongly suggest you avoid that Hotel.
And Mary- no comment - worst receptionist we ever ever met.
