Clean new hotel, need to hire and train better employees.

Nice and new

Cons:

Bad service, no one was ever at front desk and took a long time to come there keeping people waiting. No ice machine on 4th floor. The pool was cold and not swim able.

Comfortable but slim on supplies.
Pros:

Location was ideal. Staff efficient. Check in and out was simple. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Slim on basic supplies. Hand soap dispenser was either empty or didnt work. Shampoo bottle empty. Lack of sufficient facial tissues. Water in shower never very warm, and pressure low.

Adequate lodging for a short visit, but we'll likely try another hotel next time.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room. We appreciated that we could bring our dog. TV was good. Microwave, refrigerator were useful for when we brought leftovers back. Good location for us near our relatives and not far from the dog park. The pool looked nice, although we did not get a chance to use it.

Cons:

Room was quite warm so we had to have the air conditioning on all night (even when it was in the 40s at night -- can't open windows). The air conditioner is quite loud so it woke us up every time it came on. Standard American Diet (SAD) breakfast, heavy with carbohydrates, greasy meat and sugar-laden sweets, i.e., nothing that I can eat. A quiche with veggies would be nice. I like avocado toast with pumpkin seeds and tomatoes for breakfast so I brought my own. Coffee was pretty strong.
