Pros:

It was a great location and the cleanliness was great too. Overall a great package !

Cons:

The was just one lady for checkin so it was a huge queue, we were already short on time and then had to wait half hour for the queue

Comfortable stay but poor communication.
Pros:

Location was convenient, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts.

Cons:

Made reservation because hotel is pet friendly. Received pre-check in email and it says NO pets. I call and employee says yes pets. I also ask for early check in, she says early check in is at 2 and costs $40. She said check in is at 4pm even tho my confirmation says 3pm. I’ve never been charged for a one hour early check in. We arrive and are told that because I submitted the pre-check in and put 3pm arrival, my room was not ready. I told her the options online start at 3pm so I couldn’t do earlier but I did put in the comments that I would like early check- in and first floor. I was told to come back at 3. Since we were literally waiting in the parking lot, I went into use the restroom. When I came back at 3 to check in, clerk tells me my room was ready when I came in (an hour ago) but she was on the phone so she couldn’t tell me. She had my phone number but couldn’t call? Overall, I would say to update your check in forms and train your front desk staff on your policies and how to be better communicators.

Fix your elevators!!!!!
Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

The elevator was extremely slow. 2 elevators but only one was working….sort of. There was a good 20 minute wait. There was a senior in our group that had trouble with the stairs as they also put them on the 4th floor. I’ve always liked La Quinta Inns because of their pet friendly. First time in Page, AZ. If I return, will look for a different pet friendly hotel.

Pros:

Room was clean, food was delicious.

Cons:

Elevator failed. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working. No herbal tea choices. Poop bags gone. No grass for my well trained dogs. They were holding it in. Shower curtain failed to hold in water.
