Perfect place for a night
Pros:

Clean, new, feels safe. Close to the road to Dixie's & Ken's Antelope Canyon tours. Friendly staff, good breakfast. No hassle check-in or out. Would def recommend and stay again.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Warm porridge , cheese omelettes , potatoes etc. in addition to the usual fruit , cereal , waffles and bread.

Cons:

The pool / jacuzzi was closed. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that would be closed. So it was disappointing.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights during our 3 Day Maxtour of Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley.
The hotel is not convenient to any restaurants within walking distance. You need to drive to any dining options.
Our room did not have a lamp at the desk. There are charging ports at the bedside. The lamps still have CFL bulbs which are cool and grayish. The mini-refrigerator and microwave are convenient.
Breakfast consists of hot and cold options. Seating is very tight on weekends and during busy tourist seasons for nearby sights such as Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Monument Valley.
There are other nearby hotels to choose from.

Decent stay for a short visit

Pros:

New building that was super clean!

Cons:

Not enough area to walk the dog. Dog got covered in sharp stickers in area in front of entry. Required a lot of care in removing them.
