Pros:

Unlike many Istanbul Hotel rooms with the windows which don’t open, Voley Hotel room was very spacious. With a huge window which opened and offered a great view. The swimming pool was really nice and clean. The breakfast was fabulous. After spending one night in Velez I moved to European side, where I saw about ten hotel rooms before I finally made my choice. Because all hotels as I said offer very small rooms for much higher price. Only after that I really appreciated Voley features and facilities.

Cons:

Only that open buffet dinner cost 35€ per person. That is very expensive, I think

Pros:

Extremely clean, neat and the staff was available 24/7, the breakfast was simple but tasty

Cons:

We got unlucky and experienced lots of families with screaming children all around and construction in the upper floors for a couple of hours per day

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer guten Lage um in die Privatkliniken zu gehen. Wir haben dort nur Übernachtet weil ich ein Check up machen wollte. Meine Frau verbrachte den Tag im Hotel und wurde vom Personal sehr gut behandelt. Obwohl der Pool erst im Juli öffnet, machten sie ihn wegen der Hitze auf

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, odalar geniş ve temiz, kahvaltı çok zengin.
Pros:

Oteldeki konaklamamızdan son derece memnun ayrıldık. Personeli samimi ve güler yüzlü. Odamız geniş be hijyenik açıdan kusursuzdu. Sabah sunulan zengin kahvaltı çeşitliliği ise güne harika başlamamızı sağladı. Geç çıkış yapma talebimizi ikiletmeden kabul edip kolaylık gösterdikleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren kaliteli bir işletme.

Temiz ve konforlu bir oteldi, ancak rezervasyon detayları ve resepsiyon yönetimi konusunda ciddi sorun yaşadık.
Pros:

Otel genel olarak temiz ve konforluydu. Oda düzenliydi ve çalışan personelin büyük kısmı ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Konaklama açısından rahat bir deneyim yaşadık.

Cons:

Rezervasyon sırasında kapalı otopark olduğu belirtilmişti ancak tesiste kapalı otopark sunulmadı, sadece açık otopark vardı. Ayrıca iki yetişkin için kahvaltı dahil oda ayırttığım halde resepsiyonda kahvaltının yalnızca bir kişi için geçerli olduğu söylendi. Booking üzerinden iki yetişkin olarak rezervasyon yaptığımı belirtmeme rağmen başlangıçta kabul edilmedi. Neyse ki rezervasyon ekran görüntüsünü önceden almıştım; aksi halde yapılan hatanın kabul edilmeyeceğini düşünüyorum. Bu durum özellikle resepsiyon ve rezervasyon yönetimi açısından güven kırıcıydı.

New and clean rooms
Pros:
