Very positive stay

Loved our stay. We visited in December 2025, for my wife to have surgery. Hotel is in a great location and has a great atmosphere. The reception staff were fantastic right the way through our stay. Very helpful and helped us book trips and taxis.

Rooms were great. loads of space with a nice atmosphere. Large bathroom with a high pressure shower. Beds were comfortable and equipment in the room was spot on.

We had a regional Volleyball game on at the back of the hotel on the Thursday evening, great to see the hotel busy, a little noisey, but didnt bother us.

Food was supurb, we used room service a umber of times and really enjoyed the food.

Only thing i would say, is there are no alcohol sales in the hotel. Not a massive issue, but after travelling for 12 hours I could have done with a beer with my meal before bed, but this is only a minor thng.

Huge thank you to reception, really friendly and chatty and sorted out trips for us and organised our taxi for us

Comfortable and cosy stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Hotel was modern and comfortable, great room, comfortable beds, fabulous shower, breakfast had lots of nice options.

Cons:

The room service was very slow and confusing. After waiting an hour from placing my order, I called and they said they didn’t have an order, so had to place it again. Dinner didn’t arrive until 10.30pm, but it was nice once it arrived! I expect this was not a regular issue so it wouldn’t make me not stay here again, everything else was great.

Само локацията. Но като се има в предвид колко е тихо спрямо много други хотели и това може да се каже че не е проблем.

If You Like to Sleep, This Hotel Is Not for You

If you value a good night’s sleep, this is not the hotel for you. When we first checked in, we were given a room that had not been remodeled — it had a nasty stain on the carpet and old, outdated furniture. Thankfully, on the second night my wife was able to get us moved to one of the remodeled rooms, which was a big improvement. Those rooms have wood floors and nicer, newer furniture.

Unfortunately, the improvements stop there. The biggest problem with this hotel is that you simply can’t get a good night’s sleep. First, the air conditioning isn’t available year-round, despite what’s advertised. We stayed in October when it was still quite warm outside, but the hotel had already switched to the heating system for the season. That meant no AC, and our room was uncomfortably hot all night.

Then there’s the noise. I had read in another review that roosters start crowing in the middle of the night — and it’s true! Combine that with the constant road noise, and sleep is nearly impossible. Between the heat and the noise, we couldn’t wait to check out.

On the positive side, the staff and cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. But the location isn’t great — there’s nothing nearby within walking distance — and the noise really ruins the experience. The sign says four stars, but I’d honestly give it three, and that’s being generous.
