Bel emplacement au calme. Literie très confortable.

Cons:

De nombreux produits d'accueil que nous n'avons pas utilisés, mais pas la petite bouteille d'eau qu'on trouve partout en Italie. Nos amis ont connu différents désagréments (panne de chauffe serviette, déclenchement intempestif de la TV ou de la clim au milieu de la nuit...) qui leur ont valu d'être relogés à deux reprises.

Brilliant city and a great hotel to see it from.
Pros:

Nice breakfast room. Quiet hotel. Great location for seeing the sights. Lovely decor.

Cons:

Toaster in breakfast room sometimes did not work. hairdryer in room 207 needs replacing. Complimentary water should be the norm in hotels. And a shower cap would have been good!

Pour le prix de la chambre… Je l’ai trouvé petite ! le correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles !

Pros:

A nuestra llegada nos agradó mucho el aspecto del hotel. Nos encantó la amabilidad del personal, tanto de recepción como de servicio del desayuno. Especialmente, damos las gracias a Paolo, cuyas amables indicaciones mejoraron considerablemente nuestra visita a Roma. Esperamos tener oportunidad de poder repetir.

Below expectations and not worth the price.
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were polite, even though the underlying issues with the rooms were never properly resolved.

Cons:

After two room changes, we continued to experience serious maintenance and sanitation issues, including constant noise and a sewage odor, with no meaningful resolution. Management’s dismissive responses reflect a pattern seen in prior reviews and suggest long-standing problems that have not been addressed.
