Pros:

The room is spacious, clean and very well equipped, including the shower room, which has a walk-in shower. The service is excellent, from everyone and especially Danielle who is in charge and manages the dining room. He is amazing !The breakfast itself is good and quite sufficient, but it is not the strongest part of the hotel.

The perfect spot for our first visit to Rome!
Pros:

The experience was 5 out of 5! The hotel was centrally located in Rome, walking distance to eateries of eateries and shops, and the staff was just amazing with any of the lead that arose. We arrived early well for check-in but the staff could see that we were exhausted from her overnight flight and let us in the room early so that we could lay down. This extra layer of attention did not go unnoticed and we were extremely grateful to get a nap in before our activities started for the day. They're flexibility was amazing! Their location has breakfast included at a rooftop setting that also becomes a bit of a gathering place throughout the rest of the day in the evening with the ability to sit relax and enjoy a few drinks.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

One of the best hotel stays that we have experienced
The staff was extraordinary .The location was perfect.
We were a big group with lots of children. There was nothing they would not do to accommodate us. They helped us arrange busses etc. Simone was great.
The owner was there to make sure all went well.
Very nice rooms. Service was perfect !!

We will be back again for sure
Pros:

It took us nine long years to get back to the Monte Cenci since our first visit and it continues to impress. Paolo Mazzari makes this hotel really special with his exceptional friendliness, care, and attention. We just love this place and we will be back - hopefully before another nine years has elapsed! (Special mention to the Monte Cenci's very impressive mixologist, Takuro - I hope I spelt your name correctly.)
