Grand Bay Hotel Zhuhai

A wonderful hotel, perfectly located in 3 minutes from the waterfront, in a quiet and green place.
We stayed there with the large group of 60 people (mostly men), and every employee of the hotel was open to our requests.
1. The rooms are new, very comfortable, with perfect bed linen, good cosmetics and a choice of pillows. Very clean and comfortable.
2. The food is outstanding, breakfast and dinner are very varied, delicious and fresh. Special thanks to Teddy, who always moved the time of the restaurant for us and fulfilled all our wishes.
3. Reception - the whole staff is great, everyone worked well, but I want to draw the attention to Nick, who became our friend - his professionalism, attitude to customers, knowledge of the city just amazed us.
I also want to note that the hotel has a wonderful spa, very comfortable and high-quality. In two years, we plan to visit again Zhuhai and will not even consider other options - only the Grand Bay.

The hotel was fairly new with clean and spacious room. All the facilities are new and spotless. Free 24hr self-service laundry.

I like the location of this hotel as it's situated at a quiet place with few restaurants, convenience store, cafe and dessert shops around the hotel. It's just a short walk if you want to have more choices of eateries. Very convenient to take a public bus to popular attractions.

Overall its a nice hotel to stay if you prefer a bit of quiet place.

Stayed for 3 days. Good communication, I have requested for changing the room & front desk help me to change it right away. Also sent a staff coming with me and confirm that I am happy with room and helped me with luggage which is really helpful. Booked the shuttle service to Zhuhai Station which is handy. Spacious room and particularly like the ocean view, but probably need to close the blind when shower but definitely enjoy it.

雖然是冬天但房間只有暖氣太也焗了，建議可以由住客自己選冷氣或是暖氣

Spesiell takk til Front Desk Mr. Kevin Wu for forståelsesfull service og imøtekomme ønske om å få et rom med god utsikt. Det fikk vi og veldig takknemlig for det.

Rommet har skikkelig flott bad med badekar og havutsikt, og med den berømte brua som kombinerer Hongkong, Macao og Zhuhai sammen rett foran vinduet, Kan også se Macao på andre side av havet.

工作人員服務很好，親切笑容，有問必答

首先我對兩天住宿很滿意，如再到珠海，仍會選海灣。
最值得讚賞的是服務(個人經驗比很多名牌五星好)，停車場保安、門僮、前台、其他服務人員都是主動有禮，特別是餐廳員工，會主動及細心提供協助，讚。
但有幾點建議：
1. 房間方面很舒適，但建議可加入香芬會更好，因為我入住的房間有點潮濕氣味，不過開通冷氣很快就沒有了。
2. 停車場有充電(慢充)，這對港車北上十分友好(賣點)，但各大訂房網站沒有這信息，可加入。
3. 如有小童入住，前台可主動提供playroom的資訊。

Nice and quiet place to stay, overall staff's service are very good, the Peking duck served by Chinese Restaurant is very tasty. 房間的管家Ashley小楊服務very good

酒店服務整體不錯，前台及大堂員工非常友善及樂於幫助客人。但此酒店有新樓同舊樓部分。舊樓設施比較殘舊有待改善。早餐豐富及多選擇。

Un hotel pas trop grand, idéalement place en bordure de mer et jouissant d'une vue dur le pont et la baie. Staff tres compétent et plus particulièrement Vincent (adjoint reception) qui parle anglais. Brlle piscine et restaurant bon et tres demandé.

慶祝女兒8歲生日，提前跟酒店溝通，安排了3間隔離的房間，方便小朋友一齊玩，入到房間，已佈置好汽球😍

房間和酒店環境舒適，小朋友們還去了酒店的兒童樂園玩，大人小朋友也住得好開心，值得再去！

【comfortable stay, greatly recommended】
It's a very nice experience staying at this hotel.
The location is facing the sea of Macow and easy to arrive;
staff is very nice and we were even led from the lobby to the room by manager; very clean; equipment was upgrading after its maintenance several years ago.

A recommended hotel for couple, family or business!

This is a modern 5 star hotel on the waterfront in Zhuhai. The rooms are beautiful with either sea or mountain views. Breakfast is sumptuous with plenty of European and Chinese options. Staff are very helpful, some with English language. There is a gym and a pool. Wonderful run/jog options along the waterfront. A beautiful spot.
