All in all our stay was wonderful. The receptionist was also accomodating from day 1 till day 4. Definitely will book there next time.
The apartment building is still undergoing renovation and refurbishment works, there is no windows to lookout from the apartments and external sound can be heard very clearly in the apartment. On hotel.com i booked for a king size and sofa bed, unfortunately i only got a king size bed and no sofa bed was available. Also, the booking was with a city view, there was no views as such for the extra payment made. Hotel.com need to be more aware and vigilant on their offers and availabilities, I am disappointed with this outcome .
1. The map showing is wrong. I hardly find the place because of this.
2. They give me a different room not only different but a more old and dirty room. Because I think they had given my room to someone else.
3. The desk attendant cannot speak and understand English at all.
4. Later on transfer me to a much decent and newly renovated room but for a single room only...my reservation is 2 rooms.
