Super séjour dans ce petit hôtel à taille humaine avec un service irréprochable.
Nous avions réservé la suite présidentiel, la vue est absolument dingue, alors quand se rajoute le coucher de soleil…
Très bon restaurant avec possibilité d’avoir toute la carte en room service. Piscine incroyable qui surplombe toute la baie.
Navette pour aller à la plage, lieu idéal pour découvrir ce coin de paradis à Lombok.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella torretta. La vista a 300 gradi su Selong Belanak è impagabile. La camera è confortevole e il bagno immenso. Hanno un ottimo servizio di cucina e il personale è fantastico. Inoltre sono ststi sempre disponibili darci un passaggio in paese. Consiglierei questo hotel nonostante ci siano evidenti problemi di manutenzione che devono essere risolti prima che diventino problemi strutturali..

Quiet escape away from the noise to enjoy the nature. The staff was very hospitable, and the accommodations were superb, with an awesome view overlooking the valley. Loved the large balcony deck with the private pool, and the large room with a really comfortable bed to lie in.

We booked Presidential Suite for three nights, which is supposed to be the premium room, however had to check out after the first day due to the conditions of the room and the hotel.

The towels were smelly and we had to ask them to be replaced. The mattress sheets and pillow covers all had stains. Bath tub was stained in yellow color.

We ordered dinner, which was below average, and the breakfast was worse. The little amount of butter they brought tasted like margarine and the scrambled eggs were just tasting oil.

Ocean view is pretty but that is all there is, and Lombok has many beautiful views all around.

Wawan, the hotel manager, was trying to compensate the hotel’s shortcomings with his kind attitude, but the lack of cleanliness and quality food is beyond repair with goodwill.

Save yourself time, money and peace of mind, and look elsewhere. There are many better options at lower prices.

Wow vilket ställe nära en underbar strand dit de kör dig och hämtar dig i hotellets bil. Det är inte långt men det är en ordentligt brant backe upp till hotellet sista biten så den tjänsten med fri hämtning på stranden var utmärkt.
När du simmar i poolen har du en enorm utsikt över hav, risfält och berg.
Vi bodde första natten i sviten som heter Heavenly Havens, det är så värt att lägga till för detta rum, tyvärr var det bokat de andra nätterna men det andra rummet var också bra men sviten var något extra med två våningar och jätte stor balkong med egna solsängar.

Having been fortunate to have stayed in numerous hotels, hostels and guesthouses across the world I can say that 7 Havens is the best. The stand-out things are: the spectacular view, the rooms, the location, the access to services, being transported around, the food and most importantly Julia! Julia went far and beyond to make our stay great but also solve our transport issues, including paying for our last minute flights on her own card (as the airline would only accept an Indonesian card). It was beyond 5-star service. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful location on top of a hill with a very broad view of the surrounding area and the ocean.
Nice and cosy boutique hotel with just 4 rooms.
Our room had floor to sealing windows all over making the best of the view. Breakfast was served right outside the room where the common infinity pool is, all facing the ocean.
What made the experience at the hotel excellent were the staff, always with a smile and willing to help us with everything.

Amazing views from the room and the pool deck/balcony. Helpful and friendly staff and super close to one of the most beautiful and still secluded beaches in lombok

We had a wonderful time at Seven Havens! The villa was amazing. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond.

We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway in a tranquil part of Lombok. You are further away from the main touristy area, which adds to the charm of the place.

A great place to just chill and leave all your troubles behind.

Location was great, had seaview and near the beach, Breakfast served fresh and tasty and the service staff attended to all of our queries including getting there from another resort, booking of SPA and traveling to guta town. However the premium furniture looks like it has seen better days and overall a tad pricey for the amount of personal space given. Hope this resort gets refreshed or an upgrade as the location is serene.

7 Heaven is a very family-run, top located accommodation on the most beautiful beaches of Lombok. The manager Julia Maria and her team focus on the guest with all the rules of the art. Here every wish is read from the eyes. Extremely professional and absolutely recommendable.

Absolutely stunning accommodation! The staff were amazing, view from the pool was incredible, rooms were really comfortable and clean and the food is delicious too. Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Seven Havens Residence from the 12th to the 17th of May 2019 and it was a unique experience. We stayed in the beautiful single villa with a private infinity pool and separate bathroom. Unfortunately, the orientation of the room does not allow the sun to directly hit the patio and the pool area therefore we were unable to sunbathe and worst of all the pool was always very cold. Nevertheless, we still had a partial view of the Selong Belanak Beach and the surrounding hilltop view from the villa was breathe taking. The staff was amazing and their personal service was warm and attentive. In addition, the food was unique and tasty however the portion sizes could be a bit bigger. The rooms were always fresh and clean and the WIFI was really good. There were the local monkeys around the property and Selong Belanak Beach was a 10 minute walk from the residence. It was a delightful experience and we would definitely recommend it

The pool villa is perfect for honeymoon! The bathroom leads to direct access to infinity pool with a beautiful mountain view.

Seven Havens has probably the best view I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The service was incredible and everyone was courteous and helpful. The team definitely went over and above to make sure that we had a great trip.
