The staff were nice snd helpful.
I am a frequent yraveler, but their breakfast was my worst experience. Even though breakfast was included in the price, they demanded payment for basic food items that come with breakfast. I refused to pay and chose to skip breakfast. No wonder i, Nd my wife, were the only persons in the dining room.
That was not the first time of staying in this hotel and that is why I chose it again. Very nice, comfortable, clean and good location. Staff is great. Will stay there again when I'm in Adana next visit. Kids were happy too as they had a separate room and it was also good.

Nettes kleines Hotel, sehr Zentral . Freundliches Personal, wir durften sogar nach einem Tag ein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen.
there was no hot water, I asked the reception to fix the water, they told me that it was fixed, but there was no hot water. also, the water in my shower did not drain, no one did. In 3 days there was hot water 1 time.
Breakfast was great - even made it available on my final day earlier than normal - thank you
No airport shuttle - yet publicised on hotel information on booking.com - very disappointing.

We liked Mr. Aref's reception. He is helpful and kind he helped us with a lot of things. The staff are nice and the hotel is very comfortable and the location is great.
