It was all brilliant. We would definitely come back to Gdańsk and stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Everything was just excellent. The cleanliness of the room, the excellent breakfast, friendly staff….it was a great city break. I would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Pros:

la colazione buonissima, piatti curati posate pulite, grande varietà dei prodotti, veramente ottima. la spa aveva tutto il necessario.

Cons:

al check-in si sono dimenticati di darmi tutti gli orari di colazione spa e password del wifi. la camera niente di che dentro si moriva di caldo senza possibilità di variare la temperatura, la coperta era piccola e l'asciugamano al suo interno era vistosamente sporco. la pigna della doccia terribile consiglierei di installarne una di quelle grandi fisse o di cambiare il doccino essendo veramente scomodo.

I would not stay again in this hotel as it does not fulfill 4-star requirement (breakfast is nice)
Pros:

location is bad, due to construction, it's quite difficult to reach the main square by walk. Breakfast was nice.
Lobby area and sauna was ok.
Room is very small and cold without a stable wifi (in 2026).

Cons:

Wifi did not work at all in the room (while I was coming for work), I was unable to arrange confidential online meetings.
Room was cold, I asked for maintenance, instead I received an oil radiator.

No gym was in the hotel, I clearly don't understand why it has 4 stars.
The staff is mostly ok but no too helpful overal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grano Riverside. Just perfect, restful and relaxing.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, the service excellent and breakfast beyond excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely we will book again. Brilliant location to the old city.

Cons:

Actually we have no negative comments.

Fantastisch
Pros:

De lokatie, de service. Aangezien we om 5 uur in de ochtend naar het vliegveld moesten, was er een zeer net ontbijtpakket geregeld om mee te nemen.

Cons:

Er was niet echt een nadeel, alleen toen we op dinsdag na een flinke tocht door de omgeving van Gdansk nog even wilden relaxen, was dit niet echt mogelijk. Er was een kinder zwemles in het zwembad, waardoor er nogal wat herrie was. Dit was later in de middag, waardoor we besloten de stad in te gaan.

Завтрак соответствует отелю 5 звезд, просто есть все, что любит человек........ФАНТАСТИЧЕСКИЙ. Я по образованию инженер- технолог системы питания, менеджеры по питанию Татьяна, Ангелина... на своем месте, очень большие проффесионалы, а вот шеф повар ----????
РЕЦЕПЦИЯ -- оценка 5+, отличные работники ; Марина, Вероника, Егор с ними общалась каждый день, и остальные ребята -- хорошие специалисты, на своем месте, именно с них начинается оценка отеля. Отдел бронирования -- Ольга -- 5+, живу за границей, не было возможности оплатить сразу, заказала с телефона из-за границы...., оплатила по приезду, последний визит -- был третий, уже знала все про отель. Очень внимательные помошники ; Григорий и Павел --5+

Cons:

Считаю улучшить нужно кухню, чтобы гости, которые живут в вашем отеле, ходили к вам и на обед.....и в крайнем случае на ужин. Качество блюд, не соответствуют ценам / дорого и не вкусно /, брать нужно оборотом, а не ценами. Будет вкусно, люди получат от еды удовольствие и им будет не важно, что дорого.
В СПА не была, не получалось из-за дел, оценить не могу, но проживающие говорили что ХОРОШО.

Flott hotell
Pros:

Flott frokost, koselige lokaler. Rent og fint. Fornøyd med rommet og fasilitetene. Benyttet oss av spaet og tok spabehandlinger som var helt nydelige.

Cons:

Savnet sjampo og balsam på rommet og i spa-anlegget. Det var kun dusjsåpe.
Vi brukte 10 minutter å gå til hovedgata i gamlebyen, helt overkommelig - men kommer nok til å velge et hotell som er noe nærmere hovedgata neste gang.

Il nostro hotel preferito a Gdansk.
Pros:

Siamo già stati altre volte e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Ottima posizione, camera ben arredata, letto matrimoniale molto comodo, bagno con doccia confortevole, frigo bar e tv, armadio con cassaforte.

Cons:

L’armadio nella camera era un po’ stretto e con pochi appendiabiti.

Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt w Grano Hotel Gdańsk Riverside! Hotel prezentuje wysoki standard, wnętrza są nowoczesne, eleganckie i zadbane. Pokoje komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone i zapewniające doskonałe warunki do wypoczynku. Dużym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja, pozwalająca na wygodne zwiedzanie Gdańska.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują rewelacyjne śniadania! Bardzo duży wybór, świeże i smaczne produkty, różnorodność dań oraz estetyczny sposób podania. Wszystko przygotowane z dużą starannością. Zdecydowanie jeden z najmocniejszych punktów pobytu – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a dzień trudno rozpocząć lepiej!
