Podobało mi się życzliwe podejście personelu, szeroka oferta śniadaniowa i dobrze utrzymana cześć basenowa. Hotel usytuowany jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji

Готель має заявлені 4*, досить відповідає цьому рівню, ціна відносно міста немаленька , новенький ремонт, в номері одноразові капці, кава/чай, чайник ,сейф, холодильник та міні-бар, телевізор,фен,праска, кліматизаціЯ, є варіанти номерів із балконом, номер відносно невеликий, ванна кімната велика,єдине ,що це не душова кабіна, а саме ванна ,якщо у вас є проблеми зі здоров'ям - буде важко "входити і виходити".
Вай фай, який подали на рецепції не працював ,тому коли ми звернулися з цим питанням повторно,то надали доступ до іншого, знімали 2 доби і чомусь після 1 доби нам забули прибрати та замінити гігієнічні засоби та рушники, відбулося це тільки після прохання, зверніть увагу,що він розташування зовсім не у центрі міста і до Ринку треба буде пройтися пішки.
У ціну проживання включено сніданок,який хочеться відмітити і похвалити,вибір дуже великий , широкий асортимент страв, фруктів і овочів, йогурти,джеми,сухі сніданки,гарна кава із апарату, а ще для найвибагливіших - шампанське без обмежень))))
Дуже великий плюс цього готелю це спа зона,яка теж включена у вартість проживання у номері, для відвідувачів із дітьми лише до 20.00, класний басейн , джакузі і дві сауни на вибір, рушники і халати можна отримати в обмін на картки резервації. В принципі залишилися задоволені і радимо до відвідування!

Schönes Hotel mit grossen, sauberen Zimmern, freundlichem Personal, sehr guter Lage und einem abwechslungsreichen Frühst

Die Lage und die Zimmer sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Zugang zum Spa ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse und vielfältige Auswahl.

Leider habe ich mein Portemonnaie im Zimmer liegen lassen. Das Personal hat mich umgehend angerufen, sodass ich es noch im Hotel abholen konnte. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken!

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu unruhig. Es waren viele Familien mit Kindern dort, wodurch keine richtige Wellness-Atmosphäre aufkam. Vor allem rund um Sauna und Jacuzzi war ständig etwas los, sodass wir uns nicht wirklich entspannen konnten.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Durch die vielen Familien und Kinder wirkt die Atmosphäre wenig ruhig und entspannend. Da sich das Jacuzzi direkt neben der Sauna befindet und die Kinder ständig zwischen Sauna und Jacuzzi hin- und herwechseln, kommt kaum eine entspannte Atmosphäre auf.
