Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren sehr angetan von dem freundlichen Personal, dem sehr guten Service, der Ausstattung und der guten Qualität in allen Bereichen, vor allem das Frühstück war sensationell, für uns insgesamt ein tolles Haus, dass eine Topbewertung verdient.

Z moich wizyt w Gdańsku - hotel najlepszy!
Pros:

Elegancki hotel w dobrej lokalizacji (na Wyspie Spichrzów). W pobliżu wiele punktów gastronomicznych oraz sklepów (głównie Żabki). W cenie doby hotelowej dostęp do wszystkich udogodnień (basen, sauny). Pokój świetnie wyposażony. Bardzo kulturalna i sprawna obsługa (recepcja). Przyjechałem w "tłusty czwartek" - do dyspozycji goście mieli darmowe pączki! Bez problemu w dniu następnym (po wymeldowaniu) mogłem przechować bagaż.

Cons:

Ponieważ łóżko znajdowało się obok dwóch przeszklonych ścian, a na zewnątrz padał śnieg, wiał wiatr i było "na minusie" trochę od szyb "zaciągało".

Pros:

The room was nice and pleasant. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the old city. The booking included free access to the spa, which was nice.

Cons:

Just minor things that can be improved - the drain in the shower was not so good, and additional options to hang the towels would be helpful.

Gorgeous hotel. Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The spa and pool area was phenomenal. And so well used in the -20oc weather!
Bar area was nice. Food looked nice although we never ate in it

Not a business & spa hotel atmosphere
Pros:

If it could be used as intended to relax, the spa area would be really nice but this isn’t possible if it’s full of children or there’s an aqua gymnastics class with blaring music :(

Cons:

Had booked this as a 2 night spa break for myself for my birthday but the spa area was most of the times noisy despite being advertised as quiet zone. First evening aqua gymnastics class with loud music. When I asked spa staff how long this would be going on for, they said 30min, so I decided to stay and wait. It lasted 1 hour. Second evening the spa was full of children, again a high noise level. After 8pm when no children are allowed anymore, it was ok but crowded - understandably - as now everyone wanted to make use of the child-free spa. Not what I expect in a business and spa hotel.
Heating in the room was turned up high making the room very hot and the temperature could not be changed. Opening the window wasn’t an option in the current winter weather with minus degrees. Had to turn on aircon in January(!!!) - not as environmentally conscious as the hotel markets itself.

Pros:

Amazing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. Price was a big high for a small single bed, but everything else made up for it. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was amazing too.
