Fantastic hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and pool, lovely view of the river. Clean and modern room with all the mod cons.

Cons:

5-10 minutes walk, but a very, very busy road with cars and trams.

Pros:

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w hotelu! Obsługa była niezwykle miła i serdeczna, a w pokoju było bardzo czysto i pięknie pachniało. Szczególnie miłym gestem było to, że z okazji moich urodzin przywitano nas małym słodkim poczęstunkiem oraz kartką z życzeniami — było to dla mnie naprawdę bardzo przyjemne.

Dużym plusem było również wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Check-in był od godziny 15:00, a my przyjechaliśmy około 13:30 i pokój był już gotowy. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, a lokalizacja hotelu idealna — bardzo blisko centrum starego miasta.

Wszystko nam się bardzo podobało i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie!

Flott hotel, vi vil gjerne komme tilbake.
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet. Kort vei til gamlebyen. Rolig området. Fine og store rom. Vi bodde på et standart rom med utsikt mot kanalen. Veldig rent. Romslig bad med stor dusj. Veldig behagelige senger. Gode putter, dyner og fine sengetøy. Personalet snakker bra engelsk. Fint med restaurant / bar. I korridoren står vanndispenser så man kan fylle vannkaraffel ( står på rommet) med veldig god iskald drikkevann, både med kullsyre og uten. Vannkoker på rommet. Minibar og seif. Helt super SPA med basseng, jakuzzi og badstuer. Lett å komme seg ditt bare med heis. Anbefaler på det sterkeste.

Pros:

Miło spędziliśmy czas w strefie wellness, nie było zbyt wiele osób co umożliwiło komfortowe skorzystanie z basenu oraz jacuzzi. Czysty, dobrze wyposażony pokój.

Cons:

Brak możliwości zapalenia papierosa czy epapierosa w pokoju jest oczywiście zrozumiałe, natomiast 1000PLN kary (informacja pisemna znajdująca się w pokoju) za palenie na balkonie jest absurdem.
