Make sure you get a room where the aircon can cool the entire space. Watch out for the grumpy service.

The location in the heart of Bidart is excellent.

Cons:

We had a duplex and the air conditioning unit is only on the lower level. As a result, the top level is impossible to cool down making it unbearable for sleeping. In addition, we paid a €50 cleaning fee yet were reprimanded on leaving the property for not cleaning. If I had not paid the fee and had not cleaned, I would have expected this response. But to have paid and then be treated like this - poor service.

Quite, relaxing and dog friendly place with very welcoming and helpful staff
Pros:

Owners are very welcoming and provided us with a lot of very helpful tips. The fact that it was at the heart of town and they accepted dog was a huge plus.
We had not booked the parking space but it was very easy to find free parking lots nearby

Cons:

With. 40C outside .. A/C was a nice and very welcome surprise.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
The area is super quiet at night.

A perfect place to stay with a warm welcome
Pros:

The warmest of welcomes including a drink after a long and hot bicycle ride. The room was cool, spacious and comfortable and there was a garage to store bikes safely. It’s a beautiful village close to a beach and a good choice of excellent restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again .

Très bon accueil, très bien situé, mais climatisation inefficace dans l’espace nuit de l’appartement en duplex.
Pros:

La gentillesse de l’hôtesse. L’emplacement dans Bidart. Lits confortables.

Cons:

J’ai loué l’appartement en duplex en pleine canicule. Il est dit dans l’annonce « climatisation ». C’est pour cela que je l’ai choisi. Il y a effectivement la climatisation. Mais il faut savoir que c’est un appartement en duplex avec les lits à l’étage dans une mezzanine sous les toits. La Clim est située en bas donc elle n’a aucun effet dans l’espace nuit. Il y fait une chaleur étouffante c’est dommage. À éviter en période de très grosse chaleur.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war gross, sauber und hell mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gleich um die Ecke sind verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Bäckerei und kleine Shops. Zum Strand kann man auch zu Fuss gehen, es ist aber ein längerer Weg und der Rückweg geht bergauf. Für uns war das kein Problem, wir waren an 2 verschiedenen Stränden. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle gleich gegenüber vom Hotel, wo ein Bus auch nach Biarritz fährt.

Cons:

Das Parkieren kann ich mir in der Hochsaison etwas schwierig vorstellen, im Hotel hat es eine kleine Tiefgarage.
