First, I ordered the room with one queen bed. When I came, stuff told me that there are no empty rooms with one bed and gave me the room with two beds.

Second, the WiFi in the room didn't work. I asked the stuff three times, because it was one of my main requirements in all the hotels and it was in the list of facilities. Only after my third visit to the reception, they asked me to move to another room.

Extremely disappointing experience. This is a very expensive hotel, yet the air conditioning was completely unacceptable. The AC units were old, dirty, and barely provided any cooling. If a hotel cannot provide properly functioning air conditioning, especially at this price, how can it claim to offer quality accommodation?
I had to change my room twice because of AC problems, and even the third room had the same issue. This was not my first stay here—I have faced the same problem on previous visits as well. Unfortunately, nothing has improved.
This hotel is not worth the money. I paid for comfort and quality but received neither. The owner and management should pay much more attention to maintenance and guest comfort instead of charging premium prices while neglecting basic facilities. Until these issues are properly resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Selama menginap, saya harus pindah kamar sebanyak dua kali karena masalah AC. Namun, bahkan di kamar ketiga, AC masih bermasalah. Ini bukan pertama kalinya saya menginap di hotel ini—setiap kali saya datang, saya selalu mengalami masalah yang sama. Sayangnya, tidak ada perbaikan sama sekali.
Hotel ini sama sekali tidak sebanding dengan uang yang saya keluarkan. Saya membayar untuk kenyamanan dan kualitas, tetapi tidak mendapatkan keduanya. Pemilik dan pihak manajemen seharusnya lebih serius memperhatikan perawatan hotel dan kenyamanan tamu, daripada mematok harga tinggi tetapi mengabaikan fasilitas dasar.
