Clean room, very soft pillows and lots of them, clean blankets, delicious and suitable food, comfortable room with cold AC, fast flowing tap water and enough hot water. All of this makes a vacation at the Verse Hotel a pleasant and unforgettable experience for us to vacation with our family. You should try and enjoy the exciting experience with your partner and family.

Pros:

Big parking slot

Cons:

1. I booked 2 rooms but when I arrived around 16.00, only 1 room ready. I order 1 twin bed and 1 double bed. But they gave both twin bed.
2. AC condition in the 1st room needs to be serviced by an engineer prior ready to be occupied.
3. The second room condition was dirty. There was dust, fallen hair from a previous guest. I asked the sweep and mop by the housekeeping first
4. AC in the lobby was out of service and the condition was very hot. I asked to resepsionist, but they didn't respond on time
5. I called for room service and it took time to pick up and response
6. AC indoor unit poor condition
7. The toothbrush was hard and made me bleed while using it
8. The insulation of the room was very poor. The noise of the next room sounded disturbing.
