The staff were exceptional, so friendly and on hand to help with anything. The pool is lovely and there’s plenty of sun beds to go round. Adem in the shop is very friendly and generous. The shuttle to the beach is a very good service.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic, they could use more glasses and cups. Also, they are not at all soundproof and we were woken up most nights or early mornings by doors slamming, people shouting, loud music and chairs being dragged across the floor.

The staff were excellent. The reception staff. Bar and restaurant staff. Managers to the cleaners. Can't fault them. Friendly and helpful. Food from the kitchen was lovely.

Cons:

Some noisy neighbours. What do you need to bang doors for, at 2am?

Good stay with amazing pools
Pros:

Very nice hotel, excellent, above average pools

Cons:

I have only one really big complain- the air con😢. The apartment is designed for 4 people, 2 people sleep in living room. There is no air-con there, with "only" 30C outside which is a norm during summer, it is unbearable, you cannot slep there. Bedroom have cooler, give the living room at least a fan please!
