Hotel Landhaus

I have been at Landhaus for the 3 rd Time and I love it. But when it comes to the service, you can feel that they are trying their best, but there is a lot of confusion and they do not know what to do and what they are responsible for. Just tonight: I waited over 40 min before I could tell someone that I hadnt received my food. Then you see 2 or 3 membres of the staff tiptowing between tables to check if customers are happy. But they have no idea about who ordered what.

Everything was of the highest quality, and friendly too. The restaurant was expensive but this was justified.

1 persoonskamer is ook niet groter dan dat maar alles er op en er aan.
Zoals vele eetgelegenheden ook hier prijzen te hoog.
Goeie Hamburger met friet en een een bier €39.

The hotel needs to invest more in training its staff. Breakfast is always the same, zero variation.

Mir gefallen besonders der herzliche Umgang, die entspannte Athmosphäre und die wohlig eingerichteten Zimmer. Zudem ist das Essen einfach top! Grosses Plus: sollte wider Erwarten mal etwas nicht passen, wird sofort und unkompliziert eine grosszügige Lösung angeboten.

Me and my husband stayed here July 2024 for a night .
We arrived to welcome complimentary drinks and the staff were really happy and friendly and we could not fault anything , so I really looked forward to returning in July 2025
The Return .......
We arrived and only one staff member could speak English ( this is my problem not theirs as I was in Switzerland but due to my last visit where nearly all staff spoke English fluently ,I was not expecting this )
Last time the staff were all happy and friendly and relaxed but this time they looked almost scared and didn't seem organised .
Our room was beautiful like last time and we booked dinner .
At dinner we were given menus that were not in any English😬
Luckily the 1 staff member who could speak English translated the menu for us .
I will not be returning to this hotel .
It is a shame , I think it may have changed hands but it felt like an entirely different hotel .

An ideal location for the nearby mountain passes. Room was fine but overlooked by nearby houses. A fridge and a ‘do not disturb’ sign would have been useful. One member of staff could also do with a customer service course

Recht unpersönlich und direkt an der Hauptstrasse.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, sehr schönes Einzelzimmer gehabt. Persönlich hätte ich einen Wasserkocher anstelle der Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer bevorzugt - das ist aber Geschmacksache :-) Frühstück und Nachtessen top!

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) in July 2024. We had booked a family room and from the moment we checked in, we were really taken care of.

Simon at the reception was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with all of our queries.

The room itself was fantastic - spacious and modern and the kids were in beds up a ladder on a mezzanine floor. The bathroom was modern and easy to use. Our room was on the top floor and had a great outlook over the countryside. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and hearing the cow bells from the surrounding hills.

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and would like to make special mention of Robert who was extremely helpful, particularly with the wine selection as we weren’t familiar with the local wines of the area. Our meals were delicious.

After a good night’s sleep, we had a lovely breakfast in the hotel before checking out.

We wish we had been able to stay longer and would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to return in the future.

Wir waren auf dem Weg über den Furkapass nach Italien und haben im Hotel Landhaus eine erholsame Nacht verbracht. Das Personal war ab der ersten Sekunde freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, die gesamte Auswahl war qualitativ auf einem super Niveau. Wir kommen also gerne wieder!

Ich war auf der Durchreise im Wallis und war 1 Nacht im Hotel Landhaus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Hotel hat mir einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck gemacht. Hat alles gepasst und würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Very well appointed hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the valley and listening to the cow bells! Village is small and worth a walk around to see the fascinating old buildings. Adjacent co-op also handy! Being able to park right outside for no extra charge was a treat and the included breakfast had a wide selection and was very good quality.

I don't even know where to start. The day before I went up to Jungfraujoch, and yesterday I went to Gornergrat to see the matterhorn. I was supposed to make my way to St. Moritz by train. But when I got on the train, I knew I couldn't make it 8 plus hrs to my destination. I was just near Goms, and my booking app just told me "hey there's a great deal at 9+ review score hotel!" So I decided to hop off at Münster, checked in at Landhaus. It was after 8:30 in the evening. As soon as getting a warm welcome, I was asked if I had to have dinner, then they will take me as the last order. Food was great. Staff were awesome. This morning delicious breakfast, I left feeling well rested, a warm good bye just like last night. These people who run the hotel in this little town are beautiful. Not only I give 5 stars, I will be back for longer relaxation soon.

Dass man einfach geduzt wird, finde ich gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Keine Karten zum raushängen mit „bitte nicht stören“. Machte einen Mittagsschlaf, die Frau welche das Zimmer machen wollte, trat ohne zu klopfen ein…!
