Lovely hotel, food could improved, both main set meal and breakfast upset my stomach.
Pros:

All staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location. Grand public areas

Cons:

Decor in rooms generally a bit 'tired'. Could do with a refurbishment. Shower cubicle small and shower head could not be adjusted downwards.

Great breakfast. Pool was great as not busy.
Pros:

The breakfast was good when it was available. But if you ask staff for something that wasn't available when you dish it up they would bring it to your table. We used the pool sauna and jacuzzi it was great, and not too busy.

Cons:

The room was very cozy. The bed quite small. The corridors not very wide which was awkward when passing other guests. No direction given on arrival to where everything was. Like the restaurant or bar or pool etc. Only given direction to our room. You need a vehicle to get to anywhere from this hotel.

Average one night stay, had better elsewhere for the same money we paid
Pros:

Location was ideal for what we wanted. Room was ok. Breakfast was excellent
Did not use the hotels facilities

Cons:

Only there for one night so it was adequate however rooms are on the small side

Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful hotel in a great town. Staff were brilliant and the Chef deserves special
Pros:

It looked great, we liked the size of the room, the food at breakfast and at dinner was exceptionally good. Plenty of lovely lounge space.

Cons:

One of the two bathroom sinks was broken but it did not cause a problem…bathroom and furnishings were a bit dated…very 1980’s. Pool facilities, particularly the changing area and lockers were in a terrible state. Needs refurbishment.

Pros:

Location is good for Falmouth. Staff were very polite.

Cons:

Poor quality room, water pressure non existent, noisy toilet (macerating toilet, really?), paint flaking in bathroom, nesting seagulls on roof next to window, which kept me away all night. Really hot room with no air conditioning. Not very clean, room very tired and poorly decorated. Needs a complete renovation.

Pleasantly Surprised Wonderful Staff
Pros:

The Staff were exceptionally friendly and were a great mix of formal and friendly, the food offerings were very well presented, good quality and good value, again the service was excellent. Overall a lovely stay and will return.

Cons:

Shower over bath awkward for me as I have knee issues, would have preferred a walk in shower but that is my preference.

Extremely pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent inclusive breakfast and good value evening meal. Very good sized room with good facilities. Very nice clean pool which was definitely an added bonus.

Cons:

The hotel was maybe a little 'tired' in places but the important bits always extremely clean which is all that matters.
