Very nice staff checked us very easy!
Twin room, big enough, clean. A little dated. Good fitness and pool, again a bit dated. Breakfast fantastic! Lovely staff and food! Lots of parking. Easy reach to so many attractions. Left feeling happy and relaxed. Than you! 78 yr old dear Mother in photo! ❤️❤️❤️
Good location, clean and tidy common spaces, friendly staff
Shame about the staff shortage on Sunday morning causing queues and delays at breakfast.
The pool water felt very heavily chlorinated. Despite showering after my swim, before getting dressed, I had itchy skin for a couple of hours afterwards
Lovely conveniently located hotel with comfortable beds and rooms. The spa facilities were great. Set in sloping gardens with outdoor bar area in summer. Staff were extremely helpful.

Staff were delightful and the location is good. And there's a pool.
It's in desperate need of some proper investment. Very badly outdated. Basically needs a major upgrade. No sockets by the beds, showers a trickle, toilets don't flush, wear and tear everywhere. Could be great but needs *a lot* of TLC.
Rooms were very clean and of a good size.i had a very comfortable double bed in my room.
Plenty of parking on site with no charges.
Buffet breakfast with plenty of options.
Has gym and pool which us a good option.i did not use so can't comment further.

It is very tired and dated and doesn’t feel clean. There is a very odd smell in the air. Such a shame as it could be a beautiful hotel.
Great location, plenty of parking and swimming pool
Room was bit tired, wardrobe door hanging broken, not shutting, pool looked clear and clean, lot of stained broken tiles, pool overflow plastic grating broken. hot tub had lot of dirt in bottom, put off using it.
Good location set in well maintained grounds.
The bedroom was very hot. Maybe due to its position. We had to ask for and pay a deposit on a fan for the room.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room was very spacious and clean. The leisure complex was better than anticipated.
The bedroom and hotel furniture and decor is dated.
Food was great, huge portions, fresh and hot. But you did wait because of that. Waiting staff were all students, very sweet but not trained waiting staff so errors in service but very accommodating when error was pointed out. Immediately rectified situation. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, lack of crockery etc but again once pointed out very attentive.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I was there for my 60th birthday and was given a card from the staff which was a lovely touch
The butter portions at breakfast were a bit minimal and the coffee was too weak for me as I like a strong coffee in the morning but otherwise everything was great
