Reservei um quarto, onde falava que tinha 17 m2, me colocaram em um quarto onde media menos de 8 m2. o banheiro so tinha a bacia da pia, a cama era para criança quase não me cabia no quarto. pedi reembolso e fui embora, mesmo cansado.

NÃO GOSTEI DE NADA!

Não gostei de nada, pois não hospedei no hotel. Fiz a reserva e fiz o check-in normalmente às 14:00hs e só então me informaram que o estacionamento é um local longe do hotel e que o manobrista só chegaria por volta de 17:00hs e que teria que deixar a chave do veículo para ele levar ao tal estacionamento. Informaram-me que tinha um estacionamento no hotel mais fui ver e custava entrar um Fiat Mobi, imagine entrar uma Amarok. Também, ao chegar fui atendido com muito pouco caso até descobrirem que eu estava de caminhonete e que iria pagar a hospedagem à vista. Enfim, tive uma péssima experiência, mesmo não hospedando nesse hotel.
