stand of service has gone down
Pros:

after requesting for air port request no one turned up

Cons:

rooms dont have phone hotel land line is blocked their web side do give the alternative no reception staff do not inform u at the check in what facilities not available they do not serve water they ask u by water some restaurants are closed

The upgraded side reception.

Cons:

The room allocated to me, the light switch for the lounge room was spoilt and it was on the whole time we couldn't switch it off.

Also, there was a blackout for almost half the day. Even the standby generator went out.

Bel hôtel qui manque d'organisation.
Pros:

La grande chambre avec une note d'accueil et une assiette de fruits.
Les transats au bord de la piscine
Le personnel de sécurité et les porteurs pour mes bagages
Un petit-déjeuner bien varié et très bon
Le service de navette de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et inversement

Cons:

La piscine est relativement petite et des dizaines d'enfants crient. Pas tellement relaxant pour les autres..
L'organisation catastrophique. J'ai d'abord réservé une chambre, quand je suis arrivée, on m'a annoncé un upgrade. J'ai précisé que j'allais sûrement prolonger d'une nuit et on m'a confirmé que l'upgrade serait également prolongé. Le lendemain matin, lorsque je me suis présentée à la réception, le mot n'avait pas été passé, on m'a dit que je devais changer de chambre. Quand je suis redescendue pour rendre ma clé (après avoir remballé toutes mes affaires), on m'a dit que c'était maintenant en ordre. J'ai prolongé plusieurs fois et à chaque fois l'équipe du petit-déjeuner n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation,...
J'ai aussi payé une caution en cash que j'ai oublié de réclamer au check out et qui, a ce jour, ne m'a toujours pas été remboursée.

Great hotel , buffet breakfast is great and friendly staff.
Pros:

Sizzlers buffer breakfast is the best . Thanks Chief Ram and team. Thr front office managers werw great andmsuper helpful. The new look is great .

Adequate. Not the best...but at least it was not terrible.
Pros:

Facilities were standard. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Just like everywhere in Port Moresby/PNG - there is no such thing as customer service for locals. It seems like it's all reserved for foriengers.
