Staff are great which was a feature throughout our stay in PNG.
Pros:

Easy location tho as airport

Cons:

Poorly designed showers that allow water spillage onto floor which is slipping hazard. The rooms show evidence of aging and require significant maintenance if want to raise the standards

Friendly staff, clean and quiet location, I would recommend to check out their apartments for a family of 4. Thanks!
Pros:

The apartment was so nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Just some improvements, 1. Check the AC, most probably the gas ran out, was quite hot during the day. 2. The apartment did not have basic things like drinking glasses and washing detergent for the dishes. 3. During the extension of stay, the customer service didn’t check properly and said it was done only to find out I was locked out so I had to go back to reception to rebook causing inconvenience.

Pros:

It's a safe and clean environment

Cons:

House keeping knocking on my door around 9am and proceeded in to opeaning it without me requesting for one and also I believe it's more convenient if I check out before one came knocking.

Pros:

All the staff were friendly, the customer service training was quite evident in their service

Cons:

Pickup at airport is always 45mins to more than 1hr before numerous calls
Secondly I thought the towels were bit old for an international standardized hotel
Thirdly the room service couldn't be managed through the phones as the lines were out
