Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great views and comfort, though a few maintenance issues need attention.
Pros:

I really liked the beautiful views and the spacious, comfortable apartment. The food and drinks were also very good and added to a great overall experience.

Cons:

The room and bathroom did not smell fresh upon arrival, so air freshening would be helpful. Additionally, there was an air conditioner leak while it was running, which caused the bed and pillow to become wet.

Pros:

I liked the bathroom facilities, the smell of the shower gel and shampoo. I liked the bed and the space in the room. I liked the room light options that were next to my bed. The complimentary breakfast was really good with options to eat.

Cons:

To change the channel on the TV, I had to stand next to the TV and point the remote to the decoder to change channels every time. Couldn't do it from my bed. Also, every time I called Reception from my room, no one answered so I had to walk down to them. Room service didn't include the Deli and Enzo's so I had to walk down to order from there.

Pros:

There was Nothing I could say I liked about, the service was really bad. I was given a room that has AC problem, All room lights were not functioning. Find it really uncomfortable, to do my studies 🙃 😑

Cons:

The Customer service was really poor, the officers who were on duty that day was not really helpful, I came down reporting the issues, they were on their phones, it was really annoying 🙄. They said to send technical team and I waited forever till morning I checked out. No help was given phone lines were out., making it difficult to place orders.
