とにかく、スタッフが親切で素晴らしい、ホスピタリティです。
マネージャーの対応は、五つ星クラス。

Sadly we wanted to stay in the Unit so we could use the cooking facility however there was no utensils in the kitchen. No spare bedding and needs a complete renovation in the whole 2 Bedroom unit we stayed in otherwise happy with dining experiences.

Its a beautiful hotel. The security and cleaners were very friendly. But the staff were very poor. Customer left waiting for long periods waiting to be served. That's what I experienced. There's opportunity for improvement.

I love this place

The Highlander is a very secured hotel we felt very safe. The food they offered was very tasty. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful in taking care of our needs whether it be towels or extra dishes. Overall would recommend to anyone traveling to the area for the first time. As we did.

It quiet and safe.

The stay was ok. I requested the front desk to open the safe deposit in my room for my use but they never did. I was obliged to keep my bank cards, passport, etc. on me when going out☹

Central location , safe and secure. Friendly staff. And good food. Easy to get around to the shops.

We stayed in recently refurbished room. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Water and electricity supply interruptions during our stay but we can’t blame the hotel for that. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Le stanze sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. Ha un ristorante interno, con qualità del cibo discreta, il che torna molto comodo. Gli spazi esterni, a parte una veranda attaccata al ristorante, non sono un gran che. La piscina di adesso è quadrata, non come quella mostrata nelle foto. In genere, gli spazi esterni e comuni sono meno gradevoli di quello che fanno vedere le foto sul sito, mentre sulle camere non c’è niente da lamentarsi.
Il prezzo mi è sembrato un po’ caro per quello che l’hotel offre, ma è anche vero che non ci sono molte alternative paragonabili, ed è piuttosto vicino al. Entro dell@ città.

Pleasant hotel, nice staff, expensive dinning for its quality

The Highlander is a secure hotel in Hagen with pool, restaurant, bar and outdoor patio. It is currently under significant reconstruction (not advertised) with large areas closed off and construction noise during the day. The restaurant is open as is the bar. The staff at the hotel were excellent however sadly for me the hotel failed to arrange pick-up from the airport when I arrived (we waited around 45 minutes after calling them up from the airport) although I have to say they were excellent in arranging an early non-routine departure when I left. When I arrived at the hotel they then didn't have the room I had pre-booked and proceeded to offer me an alternate room with a mattress on the floor for my fellow travellers to sleep on. So I then had to argue the case and eventually was given a room upgrade following my protest. All I can say is - hard work! Fellow travellers do consider alternative accommodation in Hagen while the construction is underway as it is clearly affecting the hotel's service.

Das Hotel ist von einer hohen Mauer umgeben, auf der noch 10 elektrisch geladene Drähte übereinander gespannt sind. Also wie in einem Gefängnis. Ist aber in Mt. Hagen wohl erforderlich, da die Kriminalität sehr hoch ist. Man fühlt sich im Hotel aber sicher.

Very average service, checkout staff in particular.
