Horrible Room to an Excellent Room
Pros:

I was mistakenly given Room 106 which was horrible with street noise and burning trash from the homeless all night long. From the toilet paper holder to the hair dryer everything was broken or in need of repair. The next morning I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. The staff told me that they were fully booked. Thirty minutes later the hotel manager knocked on my door really upset. He had reserved a magnificent room for my stay with air conditioning and all the amenities including a welcoming fruit basket. This excellent room had remained vacant while I had not slept a wink in an awful room. The next two nights were fabulous.

God hotel in centre of town
Pros:

The recently refurbished rooms are very nice indeed But if you want a quiet room ask for the garden view Older rooms but much quieter

Great hotel to stay at
Pros:

Very clean and attractive hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. Located in downtown Goroka and easy access to shops and airport. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fine but nothing more.
Pros:

The bird of paradise is ok. That's just about it. It does the job.

The restaurant however is excellent if somewhat slow with a small menu.
