it was pleasant but can be improved if all units are maintained properly.
Pros:

I always enjoy interacting with the wonderful staff, including the security staff. And it is pleasant that after two years, one of the security guards is still working there.

Cons:

the bathroom floods in the master bedroom because of the design of the bath tub. They did replaced the shower head but that is not the issue. I think it will help to provide additional small towel to keep the water from flowing from the side of the bath tub to the floor.

Pros:

Love the locations, close to IT Park, Ayala Mall and very close to Country Mall, easy for me to navigate.

Cons:

Can't accept a lot of visitors limit only for 4 people at a time for our 3 bedroom suite, It is understandable but sometimes for family coming from abroad with limited time may have more visitors coming to make use of the time. Also with the visitors government ID policy, they could do better than that for minors like just provide a visitors ID instead of asking government ID from minors or student visitors.

Grosse Räume und sauber

Cons:

Raucher sind nicht willkommen.

Pros:

Staff are very courteous, always greet you whenever they see you. Secured as they have guard on duty. Close to Gaisano country mall.

Perfect for a family with very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Location: Easy to find since it is located behind a mall.
Staff: Friendly and accommodating, especially that we have 2 senior citizens who need assistance
There is a DeLonghi coffeemaker at the ground floor and the coffee is really good!
They provide water and you can just refill your tumbler. No need to buy water from outside.
You can cook, and they have cooking utensils.
Beds are comfortable. The seniors were able to sleep comfortably.
Room size: perfect for an entire family
It has Netflix / Youtube which my family really liked.

Cons:

What can be improved is the range hood installation. It think the one in our room was not installed properly. The smoke from when we were cooking just circulated around the room instead of being sucked out by the range hood. We opened the window instead to let air circulate.
