Spacious rooms and safe to stay
Pros:

Love how big and spacious the room, love how the staff did what i request to them for my mom❤️ its really a good place stay the distance from airport is 30mins to 40mins drive but once you’re there hotel it’s really wort it , thank you guys

Cons:

The only thing is i expect there will be a coffee machine maker which from booking.com i saw it as there as inclusion in the hotel 😔

Pros:

The staff were amazing, from the reception and door staff to the restaurant. All helped create a great stay. Restaurant was wonderful and facilities really good

Pros:

Apartament dla 4 osób był doskonały! Dwie sypialnie, duża łazienka, wielki salon z aneksem kuchennym. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Blisko lotniska Cebu. Miła obsługa. Świetny.

我們入住的時候飯店人員非常的親切，而且你有什麼困難飯店人員也會立即地幫您做處理，這件是非常好的一間飯店真的值得再來一趟

飯店服務人員的給人的感覺非常友善，而且進去很像家的感覺房間整體非常滿意，只是一些物品稍微老舊了一點，如果一些家具做更換會更好，整體感非常得好，而且距離商場也非常的近你要去其他地方遊玩的話可以請櫃檯幫忙叫計程車，而且把你要去的地址給櫃檯，櫃檯會幫您跟計程車司機做溝通這間飯店是值得再來的

Pros:

Housekeeping did an exceptional great job.

Cons:

Front desk are not too accomodating & pleasant especially the lady in glasses.
Not a visitors friendly facility. I would not recommend for a big family or big group.
They dont deserved the 8.5 ratings maybe less

Pros:

The three-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with large bedrooms each featuring a private bathroom. The beds were big and soft, with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with essential items. The air-conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was adequate.

The location was good, with plenty of shops and dining options available at the nearby Country Mall.

Cons:

The two-bedroom apartment was significantly smaller—about half the size of the three-bedroom apartment. The bedrooms felt cramped, with noticeably smaller beds and very hard, uncomfortable mattresses. The private bathrooms were also much smaller and less comfortable compared to those in the three-bedroom unit. Overall, the living room and kitchen were undersized, making the apartment feel tight and far less accommodating.

Pros:

The place had an amazing view for NYE. These guys saved us with a same day booking after our worst AirBnB experience. We had a really spacious room and good kitchen with 3 bedrooms for a big family group. The staff were the highlight especially the concierge and doormen who were so helpful with our elderly travellers. The hotel was centrally located to all the main places.

Cons:

sure the building was old and therefore it came with a few minor cleaning issues and some dated equipment. But nowhere near as bad as the brand new penthouse Airbnb we had to leave. So overall I feel like Sta Barbara was better looked after and cared for than other places.
