Pros:

Family of 5, we stayed at the Palmito Suite. Large, comfortable space, fabulous terrace to lounge if weather permits. Upbeat, helpful staff. Unbeatable location right in the middle of the old village.

La recepcionista nos dio una habitación que no estaba acabada de arreglar (la cortina está en el suelo) y era minúscula , cuando fuimos a comentárselo se ruborizó y nos dijo que se había equivocado y que en realidad tenía otra preparada jajajajajajaja . Porque no nos dio esa desde el principio? Todo el mundo se equivoca pero a ella se le notó demasiado que no era así. Además tardó muchísimo en atendernos desde que llamamos al timbre de recepción , como unos 10 minutos que cuando esperas se hace eterna

Pros:

Tres bon hôtel. Emplacement à deux pas de l'océan et personnel très accueillant. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre et literie confortable. Une décoration chaleureuse qui nous met dans l'ambiance du séjour.

Pas de rideaux à la fenêtre qui donne sur un escalier, pas la possibilité de cacher la lumière automatique (qui s’allume et s’éteint pendant toute la nuit) crée un réel manque d’intimité
