Stylish great value for money, would certainly stay again
Pros:

Really well styled, good space and great value for money. Couldn’t have wished for a better location.

Cons:

As I knew when booking, no extra amenities in terms of a gym or spa or bar. Only negative really was whenever we were at reception there was never anyone around so took extra time to check in and out.

France fires
Pros:

Due to the fires in France my train was cancelled but rather than helping me rebook they gave me false information and then proceeded to cancel my stay and charge a cancellation fee on top of it. Please be aware of their lack of consideration and policies when you book.

Beliggenheden er outstanding.

Cons:

Værelset virkede lidt beskidt. Der var affald fra tidligere beboere på værelset. Der var hvad der lignede skimmelsvamp i loftet på badeværelset. Træ-knagerækken på badeværelset var så fuld af mug, at man ikke havde lyst til at hænge ting der. Hårtørreren virkede ikke.

Vi spurgte om råd ift parkering og blev anvist et p-hus. Viste sig umuligt at komme til i et bestemt tidsrum pga lukkede gader. ALLE p-huse var fulde. Tog 1.5 time af finde parkering. Det havde været rart at være forberedt på.

The Palmito is giving 100% holiday vibe!
Pros:

We loved the relaxing atmosphere and great central location. Rooms and beds where clean and comfy. It was always super to come back from the beach to an air conditioned and clean room. Hotel staff were always helpful and cheerful. And the hotel restaurant was our favorite, we went there every day (in addition to eating elsewhere too!). Hotel, location and Biarritz in total was super convenient and relaxing for a family with teenage kids. I already booked my next stay at the Palmito.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage war einfach sensationell.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel und klein. Gerade bei der großen Hitze wäre ein etwas helleres schön gewesen, aber es war schön ruhig.
