Location & staff very friendly.
Would have been nice to have at least one chair in the room.
Apart from the fact that the ocean is only 100 meters away and, if you are lucky, you may find a free parking space nearby, there are no other positive aspects to this accommodation. I cannot call it a hotel; it is simply a lodging house. It is impossible to identify any advantages, even if you genuinely try to do so.
To begin with, we were checked in two hours later than the time specified in our reservation. There was no staff on site except for a cleaner, who openly told us that it was her first time standing behind the computer and managing the reception desk and bar area.
In addition, she initially attempted to charge us €29,000 instead of €290, then €2,900. Eventually, she managed to enter the correct amount of €290 for the two rooms. After that, she tried once again to charge us an additional €290 because she clearly did not understand what she was doing and repeatedly stated herself that she was a cleaner.
The room was not ready upon arrival. There were shards of glass, stones, dirt, and debris all over the floor. The bathroom was in a dreadful condition. The rooms were being cleaned by a sixteen-year-old girl.
The management and staff simply do not care because they appear to have no understanding of what hospitality or guest service means. This is not merely a lodging house—it is a lodging house from hell. Absolutely dreadful.
Do not waste your money and do not stay at this property. There are far more comfortable places where you can enjoy your time in this magnificent city.
This place is truly awful. Take it from someone who travels very frequently and has extensive experience staying in hotels around the world.
Fabulous small hotel in a great location. Very convenient for beach, shops and attractions. Our room had a juliet balcony to the street but we closed the doors at night to tale advantage of the excellent air conditioning which made the room very quiet. The decor is relaxing and tasteful and added to the sense of calm. Very comfortable bed and linen

The location of the hotel was perfect, the lift to our room, the communal lounge area (although we did not use), the guy on reception, who was friendly and helpful.

Great location - 2 minutes walk to the beach, really comfy stay with much needed aircon, a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. Everything was super clean & they came in each day to clean up for us.
Room was quite small but we didn’t really need anything bigger, maybe just a few more hangers / cupboard space.

Room was expensive and apparently their second biggest. No additional single bed (as requested/advertised) - just a sofa bed with no bedding.
Looked out onto a wall so absolutely no view.
No soap in WC.
Water on room had not been replaced and brown mould was growing the bottom. Dangerous.
Breakfast room - bakery goods left out all day uncovered.
