This hotel is really great I would stay there again
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient ,close to the train station and bus route. Lots of food and entertainment close by. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Very small elevator … lol

Carinissimo hotel in zona Earls Court, vicinissimo alla metro, posizione eccellente e zona tranquilla, silenziosa e signorile. Buona colazione, staff gentilissimo, hotel accogliente e ben organizzato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Le stanze sono davvero piccole e le finestre non si possono aprire, i bagni piccolissimi, un po' difficile stare in due in camera ma per un soggiorno breve si può accettare il compromesso

Hotelli oli siisti ja ylimmän kerroksen huone kahdella ikkunalla viihtyisä, vaikkakin pieni

Cons:

Ensimmäiselle yölle saimme huoneen -1 kerroksesta ja ikkunasta oli näkymä neliömetrin kokoiselle asfaltoidulle "sisäpihalle" jonka toisella puolella oli toisen huoneen ikkuna. Todella ahdistava kokemus. Huone oli aivan hissin vieressä ja huoneeseen kuului todella kova meteli. Äänieristys muutenkin huoneissa surkea.

Not quite what I expected, but we had a pleasant stay
Pros:

Pleasant beds, quiet despite close proximity to the tube, superb location for exploring London, nice staff - our regards to the cleaners who did a great job! Breakfast was good but would benefit from some more variation - maybe some cucumber in addition to the tomatoes?

Cons:

Put up some coat hooks on the walls. And some bed lamps would be nice. Also, please update the online material with photos of rooms that are representative, not just the two or three nice ones. Our room looked like a refurbished storage room - not at all what I expected to get when ordering far in advance.

Clean & Comfortable stay amongst the hubbub of London.
Pros:

modern, clean, functional.. a welcome rest after a busy day in London. Booked a twin room .. looked exactly like the photos. Close the railway, shops, restaurants & places of interest. Good breakfast in the morning too.
