Not bad

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, secure. Everything worked. The furnishings were not new but were in decent shape. Don’t hesitate to book here because the property is about a 15 minute walk to the riverside. Yes, in PP’s heat that may seem far, but Tuk Tuk rides via Grab are usually under $2 back and forth. Also, the distance from riverside keeps the hotel quiet at night. In addition, if your interest in PP goes beyond just boozing by the river, this hotel is actually closer to some of the city’s historical/cultural attractions. My only gripe (and it’s a minor one) is that housekeeping starts making their rounds before 9AM! While it’s best to get out early in PP, sometimes you just want to sleep in. Notwithstanding, all the staff I interacted with were pleasant, polite and efficient, including the housekeeping staff. Overall, well worth the stay.

The room smelled old cigarettes. The straff was not friendly, and the hotel was old and poorly taken care of. We left the same day to spend the night in another hotel.

The location is very convenient.

Shower leaking breakfast terrible

大変便利な立地で、市場やスーパーも近い。部屋や８階の食堂からの眺めも良い。カンボジアらしい雰囲気も残していて、この料金で最高かと思う。

The hotel is relatively new, the room is large, the view is good, the breakfast is very general, basically nothing is delicious, no soy milk, no fresh milk, no cooked noodle soup, no boiled eggs (more choices in Asia), and very unhumanized One day, a friend of mine can't go to breakfast, take a meal voucher and ask someone to bring a copy (indicating that only one bowl of porridge and two slices of bread and two omelettes) can't work. Calling the manager to explain the special situation is not allowed. It is said that someone used to deceive them to pretend to be sick and take breakfast and not get sick. I just want to say that this is a serious and uncomfortable thing? Moreover, if the real situation is not verified, the past experience will be used to judge and reject the speechlessness. The meal coupon is directly wasted. The room cleaning is not every day, you need to clean yourself to go to the front desk to call people. Other aspects are OK, the little girl at the front desk said that the English person is very nice, the young man at the front desk will speak Chinese, but unfortunately he asked him how to go to the duty-free shop. He didn't know, let us call and ask. The room is also soundproof.

Clean and very spacious room. Breakfast could be improved with better options.

Love the huge and clean suite room. Only 5 mintues walk to the central market and shopping center. Breakfast was limited and had to constantly ask for refilling of food. Need to improve on having more walk around and serving dishes. Highly recommended to family and couples.

가격대비 괜찮은 편임. 하지만 아침식사할때 식당에 음식이 없고 아무도 신경쓰지 않음. 단 근처에 몰과 시장이 있어 위치는 좋은 편임. 아침식사는 포기한다고 생각하면 갈만한 곳임

今回初めての利用したが、シャワーは皆さんが使用する時間帯はお湯がでません。朝か夕方が良いと思います。バスローブもついていませんので、パジャマ類を持っていくと良いとおもいます。スタッフのあまり愛想がない。

The good point is that it's well situated. The 3 beds room has 2 large beds and a smaller one. If you are on the street side, forget sleeping it's too noisy with the constant honking from the street. The bathroom is modern and the water flow is good. I could smell the cigarette smoke coming from another room although.
The breakfast buffet has less choices than other hotels but the food is good.

I stayed here for 10 days. The room was very nice, the staff and service excellent. They went out of their way to take care of me. The breakfast had a very nice variety and was fresh every day. The room was quiet, the airconditioning excellent and the location couldnt be better.

One thing I noted was that in Phnom Pehn, most people ride. They dont walk. The sidewalks are full of cars, motor bikes and so to walk you have to really walk in the road with the traffic. The traffic is also very tricky because people drive on the wrong side often and move at will independent of what the traffic lights say so its not pleasant to be a pedestrian.

Un hôtel confortable, bien équipé et relativement propre mais l'insonorisation inexistante ampute tous les points positifs de l'établissement car on a réellement l'impression de coucher sur le boulevard et le bruit est incessant durant la nuit entière.

Stayed for one night. Staff was welcoming and nice. But a broken door knob inside the bathroom created a major hazard.

for price good with freakfirst, clean room and bad bad is big

Great customer service with quiet and clean room. great place to stay in Phnom Penh.

Though the hotel was new, it was good. Staff were polite and service was good.
But the restaurant at the hotel said they close at about 8.00pm. For business people it is inconvenient as they cannot dine in the hotel they stay. This is one thing the hotel should look into it and consider to close the restaurant at a later time so not only business people even others can enjoy dining in the hotel..

住宿,環境,服務,交通,購物都還不錯,唯一我不習慣的是:我半夜回房間卻沒熱水洗澡
