Good price and decent location for a no frills comfy room with en suite
Pros:

Small room but ideal for me as i was travelling alone and needed a comfy but affordable room in a location close to the Underground

Ridiculously disfunctional
Pros:

It was located in easy walking distance of facilities and bus stop outside.

Cons:

The hotel has a quirky, 'Edwardian manor' style but sadly this results in form over function. Fine that it includes period pieces but they have to function in a 21st century hotel room! The bed had an old iron frame that hurt my legs to get out of and the mattress may well have been the original one, springs poking through. I had to put all the cushions under the sheet to form a makeshift mattress just to get to sleep. There was one overloaded plug for everything and I had to kneel on the floor to plug the dirty old kettle in. I couldn't open the ancient wardrobe even had I wanted my clothes to smell of musty wood, because the bed stopped the door from opening. No handrails on the tiny winding staircase either.

This will always be my first choice when staying in the area because of the attention to detail.

Great location, and memorable decor !
Pros:

The decor is so quirky! We visited with our 14 year old grand-daughter and they loved their room. It will be very memorable.

Cons:

In all honesty, it wasn't the cleanest or the comfiest hotel, but it definitely the most interesting decor!

Quirky....if you like the eclectic style of the place.
Fortunately I do and I'll certainly stay there again.

Cons:

Norman on reception was absolutely superb in helping me after I had my mobile stolen on the bus ....it was after midnight and he went out of his way to phone my bank etc to cancel things.

Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля. Персонал всегда идёт навстречу и был всегда готов помочь с хранение багажа. Отель расположен в старинном английском доме, незабываемая атмосфера.

Déception
Pros:

Le Pavillon Hôtel présenté comme 3 étoiles est sale, sans ascenseur, lits et literies vétustes, chambres mal entretenues avec odeur de renfermé. Et le rapport qualité-prix excessif (135£ la nuitée). Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans cet hôtel malgré que nous avons tout payé. Nous sommes allés ailleurs et avons perdu notre argent. Il y a tromperie sur le produit qui ne correspond pas à la publicité faite sur le site. Nous réclamons purement et simplement le remboursement de notre argent !

Great value quirky hotel in really good location for exploring London with really comfortable bed.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Easy to find and get to from Paddington. Great quirky interior design. The bed was really really comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly and really good to know a real person was on duty 24hours on reception.

Cons:

My shower had no hot water just cold.
