Great Hotel
Pros:

Nice comfortable rooms, very clean, very helpful staff. Great location. I have stayed here multiple times before and always been great. It's the only hotel I will staying when I visit bangkok

Pros:

Everything is perfect staff specially Jenny who upgraded our room and was nice to us - comnecting room was perfect for family and hotel is insidd shopping center which is good for shopping
Location is great too in nana and near BTS
Booked taxi with hotel was perfect and on time

Cons:

I dont like the check out process with reception was rude to me when i checked out this only need to be managed

Love it! Breakfast is good, people are good, staffs are good, LGBT Friendly staffs
They have a lot of options

Cons:

I was shocked because it was inside a mall? but so far the first floor only I didn't enjoy but overall everything is good with the hotel and lobby, people are really nice and aaccomodating!

الاقامه جيده في الفندق وإذا عدة مره اخي الي تايلند ساسكن فيه انشالله

موقع الفندق جيد جداً وسط شارع العرب وقريب من الأسواق والمطاعم العربيه وحواليك كل ماتحتاجه وشكراً للموظفين
