Prices on hotel website and 'discount' on booking.com are misleading - not what is promised
Pros:

Reception and door staff very polite. Comfortable bed, clean room.
Very helpful when I left items in safe.

Cons:

Although the room itself was very clean. My first impressions of the hotel were poor because the lobby toilet as not of the standard or cleanliness I would expect of a hotel. The woman demanded 10B and said I couldn't use the toilets without paying first even when I explained that I would bring the 10 baht back after I'd checked in but she refused my request.

Hotel with great location but unfortunately very deteriorated
Pros:

The location is excellent. The price is fair and the room was spacious. The staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

In general all hotel facilities are very old and not well maintained. The cleanliness is poor. The breakfast is not bad; however, it is not easy to be eating in a place full of cockroachs.

Probably the best value hotel in Bangkok
Pros:

The location is its strongest point. It is an excellent value hotel. A decent breakfast included. It was designed to be a high-end hotel but didn't make so now available for cheap rates

Cons:

Small room; not very clean. Seemed to be understaffed and not entirely helpful. Could not set the AC to desired temperature. Complained and received incomplete service
