L'appartamentino al mare
Pros:

La comodità del residence e la posizione a due- passi-due dal mare rendono il Villa Marina una sistemazione ideale per vacanze in libertà

Cons:

Poiché era una colonia, ha mantenuto la struttura e purtroppo molti appartamenti hanno alti finestroni, ma sono privi di balcone.

Bello ma con qualche accortezza sarebbe meglio
Pros:

Appartamento pulito e curato. Dotato di tutto il necessario. Cambio biancheria ogni 3-4 giorni. Personale disponibile ed efficiente. Ascensore e carrello per bagagli. Parcheggio riservato gratuito. Tranquillo e a due passi dalla spiaggia libera.

Cons:

Spazi comuni sporchi. Nonostante fosse presente la lavatrice in appartamento, non c'era un posto esterno per stendere. Informazioni scarse: dove buttare rifiuti? (parte nei cassonetti pubblici in strada, non riciclabile nel cortile interno ma bisogna chiedere la tessera -nessuno avvisa di questo-), assegnano il parcheggio ma non mi hanno dato la chiave per la sbarra, poi subito rilasciata appena ho chiesto, attività da fare da chiedere all'info turismo. Forse ho fatto il check in con una persona poco esperta, non saprei. Comunque chiedendo sono disponibili.

Pros:

L’appartamento era grande, pulito e ben arredato. Dotato di balcone e di tutti i comfort. Il personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre rischieste. La zona è fronte mare in una zona tranquilla fuori dal trambusto dei locali.

Der Raum war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Parkplatz war sehr gut bewacht.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig, 2 min. vom Strand, direkt daneben Bushaltestelle.
Der Sandstrand ist einer der schönsten an der Adria, ruhig, Dünen im Hintergrund, sehr sauber, nur wenige Liegestuhlreihen, wunderbar geeignet für lange Spaziergänge sowohl am flachen Ufer als auch auf den Holzstegen in den Dünen.

Cons:

Die Küchenutensilien (z. B.Besteck) waren schwach bestückt, keine Abspülmaschine, der Kühlschrank sehr laut, Geschirr nicht immer ganz sauber.
Klimaanlage sehr schwach, keine Temperaturregelung möglich.

Nice hotel 150m from the beach

Cons:

There is a yearly (or more often) biker festival happening in front of the hotel. Hotel guests may easily end up with a room right in front of it, resulting in sleep problems due to loud music until late at night for several days

Pros:

Uncomfortable. We arrived to a bare room with mosquito covered linen and a damp smell in the air. We booked the room for multiple nights and had to check out early. Would not recommend to anyone.

Résidence de vacance orientée famille à 50 mètres de la mer.
On a apprécié: la clim, l’espace dans la chambre, la cuisine équipée
On a moins aimé: le manque d’insonorisation, et les parties communes un peu impersonnelles
