Siamo arrivati a notte fonda e la signora alla, reception pretendeva il pagamento in contanti perché a sua detta la macchina per la MasterCard era rotta. Ero con mia moglie ed i miei figli alle 2 di notte e le ho detto che ero appena arrivato nel paese e che non avevo contanti in moneta locale. La discussione è andata avanti a lungo. Mi ha chiesto di andare in cerca di un ATM a quell'ora. Mi sono rifiutato promettendo di farlo la mattina appena sveglio. Ha continuato a fare storie dicendo che avrei dovuto portare con me dei Bat. Una situazione surreale. Le ho lasciato i soldi in euro come cauzione. Non era ancora contenta. Stranamente la mattina dopo ho potuto pagare con la MasterCard. Molto strano

We would defiantly still stay here as the location is great and the rooms are clean.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and the location is close to the airport which suited us.

Cons:

The rooms are quite noisy. We could hear quite a lot of movement from the room above such as chairs scraping the floor and voices in the hallway are load and echo. We had a group of people with about 4 rooms down the hall and they were extremely noisy.

Ecellent value for money for a short night stop for the next day at BKK airport
Pros:

Nice big room with good ac. Lots of possibilities for going out for eating. Authentic area where locals live. Staff attentive. For a short night stop for flying on the next day a very good option. I couldn't taste the breakfast, because I left very early the day after.

Cons:

Though the hotel is not so far away from the airport, a bit complicated to get there. By grab takes more than 20 minutes, price about 7 Euros one way, but if one thinks, there are not many options in the airport area for a reasonable price it is a very good option.

Avoid this place
Pros:

Really didn't like much at all about this hotel. I can say that the shower was hot and that it's only 15 mins from BKK

Cons:

Miserable unfriendly staff.... The only miserable Thai people,, I've met on my travels.
The place is extremely grubby and needs a lot of refreshing. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I've ever slept on ( or not slept!!)
The sheets smelt vile, like they had been sprayed with the most awful air freshener!

Don't bother with breakfast, it was inedible, congealed and disgusting.

I fail to understand the positive reviews ( which is why I booked)

Having travelled around Thailand for a month, this is the only hotel that sadly I have had to leave a bad review for.

You get what you pay for. (Even WiFi)
Pros:

Close to the airport and big room

Cons:

The room was very worn out. We had to pay for everything. They charged for WiFi, single use spoons, everything in the fridge (except water) and they did not want to book us a taxi or fix transport to the airport. They just said use grab.

Pros:

ホテルの名前が複数あるためタクシーで向かう場合は運転手に場所を知ってるか確認してから乗車したほうが良い。
客室のドアは閉まる音が大きく、廊下も声が響くため、深夜の防音に問題がある。
歩いて1分でコンビニ(セブン)があるので便利だった。
空港までの送迎を頼んだところ200バーツだった。

Pros:

Deposit for room key. And they want you to leave the key when you leave the hotel to go anywhere. Deposit for hair dryer that barely works. Do not clean the room good at all. Showers often go out during the day you cannot take a shower no water. There is no amenities at all you have to pay for everything
