Terrible customer service
Pros:

The facilities were very good & the children had a nice time

Cons:

On the final 3 nights of our stay, the Friday foam party for the children was cancelled, 31 October. Due to a party for the local people which went on late into the night. Music so loud that our 4 children could not sleep.
Sally at the hotel offered our family to go to the sister hotel, as she said Grand Aquarium would be extremely busy & the children probably wouldnt enjoy their night & that there would be nowhere to sit.
This then led to the same situation the following night, meaning that again, we had to go elsewhere for the evening.
It was a huge inconvinience & we were not offered any compensation for the inconvinience.
We would like some form of compensation, as a result of the above issues. Extremely dissapointed, given this was a family holiday, with children.
Please advise how you intend to resolve this with us?

Shocking way to treat guests
Pros:

The property was quiet and very nice up until they decided to throw a 2 day staff party for over 250 please with no prior warning..

All loungers were removed, all facilities were off limits to paying guests and that included the restaurant

Absolutely ridiculous, will never go back there

Cons:

Beds were extremely uncomfortable

Pros:

All personal gör verkligen semestern helt underbar på detta ställe. Det är som att komma till sitt andra hem. Dom är så familjära och hjälpsamma hela tiden. Underhållningen är så rolig och man har alltid kul.
Rummen är helt fantastiska, även restaurangen och alla andra ställen på hotellet. Jag rekommenderar verkligen att åka hit.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, lorsque que l'on monte au dernier étage on se prend toute la chaleur des pompes pour la climatisation. La hauteur sous plafond du dernier étage est basse, je me suis cogné la tête à plusieurs reprises.

جميل جدا ونظيف يتوفر كافة المستلزمات بالغرفه وهي نظيفه المشكله الوحيده فقط هي انه لا يتوفر خيار الحجز للفطور والغداء والعشاء عليك ان تشتري من الخارج والطبخ بنفسك او شراء من ذات المكان اتمنى من ادارة الفندق ان تقوم بالتغيير خلاف ذلك كل شيء جميل

Geen all inclusive maar een standaard park.
Pros:

De kamers waren groot en voorzien van alles ,we hadden zelfs 2 aircos

Cons:

Het wordt gepubliceerd als all inclusive maar je betaald voor wifi in je kamer, eten drinken niet inbegrepen, je werkt met een opwaardeer systeem voor je aankopen.
