Amazing staff and view
Location is fantastic and the sunset was amazing.
After a long day of traveling, check in at 4 o’clock when the hotel is overpriced to begin with was a tough start. The front desk was not very friendly when we arrived and were unwilling to give us a time frame of when our room might be ready. We called in advance for early check multiple times to get ahead of it traveling with a 10 week old baby but we didn’t get into our room until 4. Once we got in we were given a room without a balcony (which we paid for) because they said they were too busy. Overall it was a cool location but definitely overpriced for the quality of the room and service at the front. I’ve never written a poor review before but unfortunately didn’t love our stay for $1,500 per night.
The beach view, the amazing pool and Haylards are definitely the highlights.
My room wasn’t always the most clean and there was almost always sand on the floor but that’s the nature of a beach hotel!
The staff and the new management (James was fabulous)! The view is spectacular.
Nothing!
The View!
The continental breakfast was excellent !
All good. Nothing negative.
Everything. Great facilities, lovely staff, amazing location

Bagni troppo stretti
The location is great
Very poor service: in 3 days the room was not cleaned and towels not changed. The breakfast is not to the standard of a 4-star hotel.
I love the updated chic modern style mixed with that out school out east motel feel. They get it just right.
Beachfront, beautiful sunset, balcony with beach access
The place was beautiful on the water everything what the pictures sold. The downside was it felt like the hotel itself kept trying to make more money the whole time we were there that left us feeling unsettled. Examples: When we arrived to the hotel they told us that they put us in a very small room but we could upgrade to a bigger room for $75 a night. Not wanting to spending the extra money on our little weekend getaway we declined. When we got to our room it was so small it only fit the bed in the room and did not have a window.
Days after we checked out of the hotel we noticed a charge for almost $300. When I called to figure out what the charge was for they said it was a $25 a day resort fee (which is typically $75 during the summer) and $29 a day for parking. We were not aware they charged for parking they did not tell us this. When i asked what the resort fee was for they said house keeping (which no one ever came to our room to clean -we stayed for 4 days), bikes (which they said were complimentary on their website) and breakfast (also said complimentary on their website AND was supposed to be open until 10, got there at 9 AM one morning and everything was gone and they did not have anymore inventory to refill). Overall, very disappointing that the staff was trying to nickel and dime us for our relaxing getaway.
Excellent location
Nothing
Waterfront, great restaurant, comfy bed, nice bathroom
Noisy, you can hear cars passing, also you can hear your neighbors talking next door. They were not even loud…$29 for parking..
We had a pretty bad experience with this hotel and would not stay at it again. They were very understaffed, which I understand is common during off season. The room itself was nice-with a great view. The noise from the road and the neighboring rooms made getting a good nights sleep very difficult. The folks next to us were up late talking-not even really being super loud but we could hear every word they were saying-there is no soundproofing at all . The amount of fees added to our already pricey room was pretty off putting too. An amenity fee was added for things that we were not even able to get/use (pool was closed, bikes were not available, daily maid service had to be requested). There is a charge for parking-and there is nowhere else nearby to park. The staff seemed very overwhelmed although there didn't seem to be a huge number of people staying at the hotel. The hotel is a refurbished motel and still seems a little scruffy in parts.
