Disappointed again with what a 5star rating offers a customer. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms of the same classificat
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the town/port on a prominent corner. A short walk to the Dalt Villa but close to shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach (Platja de Figueretas). The outside terrace was a wonderful place to people watch and to take breakfast. The staff are multi lingual. Roof terrace was delightful place to take in the view with a cocktail in the early evening.

Cons:

Our room was a bit tired decoratively. I’d call the style “a Florida-esque 1980’s homage to art deco styling”, but too much lacquered fittings for me. Further more why does a 5star hotel thinks its ok to have such a stained carpet? Were we in a room reserved for booking.com customers benefiting from a platform discount, and therefore receiving a less presentable room?
I realize September might be considered the end of the season and that there has perhaps not been time to shampoo the small bits of carpet around the bed but really would it take that long? Had I not already been aware that the hotel was fully booked I may have thought it worth asking to move rooms but honestly what could they have done & once you’ve unpacked is it worth making a hoo ha. It should just be unacceptable on the part of hotel house keeping to sign off a room for occupation so it has to have been a series of accidents on the carpet that have added over time to making the room look a bit shabby.

Good rooms, good breakfast, clean and comfortable! Great view and location to the Marina, best restaurants and clubs.

Cons:

Please buy more irons so that your guests can always iron their clothes or offer a special ironing service :))

I’ll keep my review short and concise: avoid this place at all costs.

* Claustrophobic rooms with stickers on the windows that don’t let you look outside.
* Rude overnight staff that treat paying guests like garbage.
* Questionable guests roaming around.
* ⁠AC that barely works.
* If you need something in the middle of the night, forget about calling the reception. There’s no housekeeping overnight, and apparently a single staff member covering the entire hotel who is barely even at the front desk.
* And the management is equally unhelpful. Raise a concern and you’ll receive what reads like a generic ChatGPT-generated response: plenty of polished words, absolutely no sincere attempt to solve the problem. Your concerns are simply brushed aside as they seem far more interested in keeping your money than taking accountability for their shortcomings (and I can already predict the response to this review, something along the lines of: “We provided an appropriate solution within the options available to us.” - a stay at some future date. But here’s the problem: after being treated like garbage the first time, why on earth would I want to set foot in this hotel again?)

Never in my life have I encountered this level of treatment at a five-star hotel, or frankly at a hotel with even fewer stars.
How this hotel managed to earn, and retain, 5 stars is a total mystery (and misery) to me.

Great location and staff but very noisy and doesn’t live up to hype of Experimental brand.
Pros:

Great spot in town. The staff member who welcomed me was lovely. Nice view from room 307.

Cons:

Stayed in 307. Aside from the general outside noise (Saturday night in Ibiza Old Town was never going to be quiet!) the room was susceptible to what sounded like internal operational noises throughout the night… loud thumps that shook the walls. The rainfall shower head dumped water and dripped repeatedly from 2am. I was exceptionally tired and even still found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The amenity kit was missing the earplugs (it had the small empty boxes they’re meant to be in, not restocked from previous guest) which indicated I’m not the only one to have found it a very noisy room.
